Fetal pericardial fluid: a normal finding of the second half of gestation.

TL;DR: In a series of 104 consecutive pregnancies ranging from 20 to 40 weeks' gestation which were examined with real-time ultrasound, 46 fetuses with pericardial fluid were observed, making the detection of normal pericARDial fluid now feasible.
