TL;DR: The expanded CMap is reported, made possible by a new, low-cost, high-throughput reduced representation expression profiling method that is shown to be highly reproducible, comparable to RNA sequencing, and suitable for computational inference of the expression levels of 81% of non-measured transcripts.

Reduced-representation Phosphosignatures Measured by Quantitative Targeted MS Capture Cellular States and Enable Large-scale Comparison of Drug-induced Phenotypes
Jennifer G. Abelin,Jinal Patel,Xiaodong Lu,Caitlin M. Feeney,Lola Fagbami,Amanda L. Creech,Roger Hu,Daniel D. Lam,Desiree Davison,Lindsay K. Pino,Jana W. Qiao,Eric Kuhn,Adam Officer,Jianxue Li,Susan E. Abbatiello,Aravind Subramanian,Richard L. Sidman,Evan Y. Snyder,Steven A. Carr,Jacob D. Jaffe +19 more
TL;DR: The high-throughput, reduced-representation phosphoproteomics assay provides a platform for the comparison of perturbations across a range of biological conditions, suitable for profiling thousands of samples and is sensitive to disruptions in common signaling pathways.

Systems and methods for automatic clustering and canonical designation of related data in various data structures
Lawrence Manning,Rahul Mehta,Daniel Erenrich,Guillem Palou Visa,Roger Hu,Xavier Falco,Rowan Gilmore,Eli Bingham,Jason Prestinario,Huang Yifei,Daniel Fernandez,Jeremy Elser,Clayton Sader,Rahul Agarwal,Matthew Elkherj,Nicholas Latourette,Aleksandr Zamoshchin +16 more
TL;DR: In this paper, computer implemented systems and methods are disclosed for automatically clustering and canonically identifying related data in various data structures, wherein each record is associated with a respective entity.
Patent
Quantifying, tracking, and anticipating risk at a manufacturing facility, taking deviation type and staffing conditions into account
TL;DR: A system comprising a computer-readable storage medium storing at least one program and a method for determining, tracking, and anticipating risk in a manufacturing facility is presented in this paper, where the authors present a user interface that includes a display of the risk score to provide a user with a measure of risk at the manufacturing facility.
Patent
Quantifying, tracking, and anticipating risk at a manufacturing facility based on staffing conditions and textual descriptions of deviations
TL;DR: In this article, a system comprising a computer-readable storage medium storing at least one program and a method for determining, tracking, and anticipating risk in a manufacturing facility is presented.
