Abstract: The Activities of Library at SMKN Mandiri 36 Jakarta (a Vocational High School), prior to the use of library information system was still using manual system where library activities such as the registry for library visitors, borrowing and returning books were recorded in physical books. At this point, the library of SMKN Mandiri 36 Jakarta has been using the library information system, SliMS 8 Akasia, which means that library activities have applied automation in their system.. The method applied is the libqual method with 3 variables namely Quality and Access to Information (Information Control), Performance of officers in services (Affect of Services) and Library as Place, and then the data is processed through the Likert scale. The purpose of this study is to find out the quality of SLiMS library information system services to user satisfaction and to know the statements that need to be improved in order to improve the quality of SLiMS library information system services. The number of Respondents were 89 people consisted of teachers, education staff and students chose through the Slovin formula. The results from the analysis of the libquals calculation shows that the application of SLiMS service at the SMKN Mandiri 36 Jakarta library has been optimal and adequate. Abstract: Badan Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kota Pekanbaru telah menerapkan Sistem Informasi INLIS ( Integrated Library System ) LITE sejak tahun 2013. Khusus untuk layanan kepada pengunjung, dalam penelusuran informasi menggunakan layanan Online Public Acces Catalog (OPAC). Namun masih terdapat kendala, yaitu error pada sistem ketika digunakan, ketidaksesuaian akurasi data, fasilitas komputer kurang memadai sehingga akses informasi menjadi terhambat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kualitas layanan sistem informasi INLIS LITE terhadap kepuasan pengguna di Badan Perpustakaan dan Arsip Kota Pekanbaru berdasarkan dimensi libqual . Indikator pengukuran yaitu Affect of Service, Information Control, dan Library as Place. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan sistem informasi INLIS LITE dinilai baik dan cukup puas terhadap layanan yang ada. Sedangkan skor Superiority Gap (SG) menunjukkan skor negative -1,18, berarti menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan sistem informasi inlis LITE berada diantara tingkat minimum yang dapat diterima.

Abstract: Badan Pusat Statistict Librarys (BPS) of Riau Province has been using the system digilib since 2012 as a service for visitors to facilitate getting publications sought. However there are still some constraints on the system such as the length of the visitor searching for data and incomplete data that is causing the viewer does not get the data sought. The aim of this study was to determine the quality of the Digital Library for user satisfaction in BPS Library Riau Province In this study to measure the quality of service using Libqual method introduced by ARL (Association: Research Libraries), which consists of three dimensions namely Affect of service, Controll Information and Library As Place. Sampling technique used is accidental sampling is sampling technique by accident, anyone who by chance met the researchers can be used as a sample, if it is deemed that the person who happened to be found suitable as a data source. Questionnaires were distributed as many as 70 copies. From the research is that the overall quality of service digilib already have good quality with an average value of 3.59 Perceptions and expectations of 2.87 minimum. However, there is still a gap GAP for hope in one's ideals.

Abstract: Pengguna perangkat lunak perpustakaan yang berbasis open source saat ini sedang berkembang pesat di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu lembaga atau individu yang akan menggunakan sebuah perangkat lunak untuk sistem otomasi perpustakaan, terlebih dahulu harus mengetahui dan memahami kualitas perangkat lunak tersebut yang juga meliputi kekurangan beserta kelebihannya supaya dapat dikembangkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kualitas Perangkat Lunak Senayan Library Management System versi 8 Akasia (SLiMS Versi 8 Akasia) sebagai sistem otomasi perpustakaan. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumentasi dan observasi (pengujian/simulasi). Hasil penelitian ini, menyimpulkan bahwa kualitas perangkat lunak SLiMS V 8 Akasia sesuai bila digunakan sebagai sistem otomasi perpustakaan. Hal ini didasarkan pada analisis aspek-aspek kualitas perangkat lunak yang dikemukakan McCall. Pada analisis setiap aspek terdapat beberapa kelemahan dan kelebihan yang mendukung standar penilaian kualitas perangkat lunak yang sudah ditetapkan pada penelitian ini.
