Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis of p-aminohippuric acid by mitochondria of mouse liver homogenates.

TL;DR: The intracellular distribution of PAH synthesis in mouse liver homogenates is studied, with particular emphasis on the synthesis ofPAH by mitochondria and some of the conditions responsible for interactions occurring in recombinations of mitochondria with other cell fractions.
Journal ArticleDOI

Purification and Properties of Thymidine Monophosphate Kinase from Mouse Hepatoma

TL;DR: It has been shown that the dTMP kinase of mouse hepatoma is subject to an extraordinary product inhibition by ADP, a mixed type in which binding of ADP to the enzyme tends to prevent dissociation of the enzyme complex to its products and, at the same time, interferes with the binding of ATP.
