TL;DR: In this paper, a new set theory called neutrosophic set is proposed, which is based on fuzzy topological space and intuitionistic fuzzy topology space, and its properties are discussed.
Abstract: Neutrosophy has been introduced by Smarandache (7, 8) as a new branch of philosophy. The purpose of this paper is to construct a new set theory called the neutrosophic set. After given the fundamental definitions of neutrosophic set operations, we obtain several properties, and discussed the relationship between neutrosophic sets and others. Finally, we extend the concepts of fuzzy topological space (4), and intuitionistic fuzzy topological space (5, 6) to the case of neutrosophic sets. Possible application to superstrings and  

Abstract: In this paper we will introduce and study some types of neutrosophic sets (NS for short). Finally, we extend the concept of intuitionistic fuzzy ideal [8] to the case of neutrosophic sets . We can use the new of neutrosophic notions in the following applications: compiler, networks robots, codes and database.

TL;DR: In this paper, the concept of generalized neutrosophic pre-closed sets (GNPS) was introduced and relations and various properties between the other existing GNPS open and closed sets were studied.
Abstract: In this paper, the concept of generalized neutrosophic pre-closed sets and generalized neutrosophic pre-open sets are introduced. We also study relations and various properties between the other existing neutrosophic open and closed sets. In addition, we discuss some applications of generalized neutrosophic pre-closed sets, namely neutrosophic p T 1 2 space and neutrosophic g p T 1 2 space. The concepts of generalized neutrosophic connected spaces, generalized neutrosophic compact spaces and generalized neutrosophic extremally disconnected spaces are established. Some interesting properties are investigated in addition to giving some examples.

TL;DR: The dominancy of complex neutrosophic set to all current methods through the graph is showed, and the drawbacks and failure of the current methods are shown.
Abstract: Complex fuzzy sets and complex intuitionistic fuzzy sets cannot handle imprecise, indeterminate, inconsistent, and incomplete information of periodic nature. To overcome this difficulty, we introduce complex neutrosophic set.

TL;DR: This study centers on multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) issues in which criteria are weighed differently and criteria values are expressed as single-valued neutrosophic linguistic numbers.
Abstract: This paper investigates a wide range of generalized Maclaurin symmetric mean (MSM) aggregation operators, such as the generalized arithmetic MSM and the generalized geometric MSM, whose predominant characteristic is capturing the interrelationships among multi-input arguments. The single-valued neutrosophic linguistic set plays an essential role in decision making, which can serve as an extension of either a linguistic term set or a single-valued neutrosophic set. This study centers on multi-criteria decision-making (MCDM) issues in which criteria are weighed differently and criteria values are expressed as single-valued neutrosophic linguistic numbers. Based on this foundation, we extend a series of MSM aggregation techniques under single-valued neutrosophic linguistic environments and propose procedures for solving MCDM problems. We also explore the influence of parameters on aggregation results. Finally, we provide a practical example and conduct a comparison analysis between the proposed approach and other existing methods in order to verify the proposed approach and demonstrate its validity.

TL;DR: In this article, a complex neutrosophic set is introduced to handle imprecise, indeterminate, inconsistent, and incomplete information of periodic nature, which is an extension of the complex intuitionistic fuzzy sets.
Abstract: Complex fuzzy sets and complex intuitionistic fuzzy sets cannot handle imprecise, indeterminate, inconsistent, and incomplete information of periodic nature. To overcome this difficulty, we introduce complex neutrosophic set. A complex neutrosophic set is a neutrosophic set whose complex-valued truth membership function, complex-valued indeterminacy membership function, and complex-valued falsehood membership functions are the combination of real-valued truth amplitude term in association with phase term, real-valued indeterminate amplitude term with phase term, and real-valued false amplitude term with phase term, respectively. Complex neutrosophic set is an extension of the neutrosophic set. Further set theoretic operations such as complement, union, intersection, complex neutrosophic product, Cartesian product, distance measure, and ź-equalities of complex neutrosophic sets are studied here. A possible application of complex neutrosophic set is presented in this paper. Drawbacks and failure of the current methods are shown, and we also give a comparison of complex neutrosophic set to all such methods in this paper. We also showed in this paper the dominancy of complex neutrosophic set to all current methods through the graph.
