Journal ArticleDOI
Ferroelectricity in a pure BiFeO3 ceramic
TL;DR: In this paper, the phase pure BiFeO3 was synthesized using the oxide mixing technique followed by leaching with dilute nitric acid, and X-ray diffraction pattern indicated that the sample is phase pure.
Journal ArticleDOI
Structure property relations in BiFeO3/BaTiO3 solid solutions
TL;DR: In this article, the relaxation time of BiFeO3 was estimated using the relaxation times of the intermediate compositions of the BaTiO3 mixture, and the authors showed that the capacitance observed is from the bulk of the sample.
Journal ArticleDOI
Magnetoelectric measurements on and
TL;DR: In this paper, a non-linear signal was observed for antiferromagnetic materials and the shift from linearity was attributed to the tilt in the octahedra of octahedral structures.
Journal ArticleDOI
Investigation of the magnetoelectric effect in BiFeO3-BaTiO3 solid solutions
TL;DR: In this paper, magnetoelectric measurements carried out with a superimposed alternating-current magnetic field, together with a time-varying direct current magnetic field in isothermal conditions, indicated nonlinearity.
Journal ArticleDOI
High-accuracy determination of the neutron flux in the new experimental area n_TOF-EAR2 at CERN

TL;DR: In this paper, the results of various measurements have been combined, yielding an evaluated neutron energy distribution in a wide energy range, from 2meV to 100MeV, with an accuracy ranging from 2%, at low energy, to 6% in the high energy region.
