Iacobuzio-Donahue,Harsha Gowda,Akhilesh Pandey +73 more
TL;DR: A draft map of the human proteome is presented using high-resolution Fourier-transform mass spectrometry to discover a number of novel protein-coding regions, which includes translated pseudogenes, non-c coding RNAs and upstream open reading frames.
Journal ArticleDOI
A pathway map of glutamate metabolism
Soujanya D. Yelamanchi,Savita Jayaram,Joji Kurian Thomas,Seetaramanjaneyulu Gundimeda,Aafaque Ahmad Khan,Anish Singhal,T. S. Keshava Prasad,Akhilesh Pandey,B. L. Somani,Harsha Gowda,Harsha Gowda +10 more
TL;DR: This pathway map provides detailed information about enzyme regulation, protein-enzyme interactions, post-translational modifications of enzymes and disorders due to enzyme deficiency.
Journal ArticleDOI

TL;DR: The data provide a framework for how future genome sequencing efforts should incorporate transcriptomic and proteomic analysis in combination with simultaneous manual curation to achieve near complete assembly and accurate annotation of genomes.
Journal ArticleDOI
Towards developing biomarkers for glioblastoma multiforme: a proteomics view
TL;DR: The authors first present potential biomarker candidates for GBM that have been reported and then focus on plausible pipelines for multi-omic data integration to identify additional, high-confidence molecular panels for clinical applications in GBM.
Journal ArticleDOI
Data-Driven Discovery of Extravasation Pathway in Circulating Tumor Cells.
Sunita Yadavalli,Savita Jayaram,Srikanth S. Manda,Anil K. Madugundu,D S Nayakanti,Tuan Zea Tan,Ramray Bhat,Annapoorni Rangarajan,Aditi Chatterjee,Harsha Gowda,Jean Paul Thiery,Prashant Kumar +11 more
TL;DR: It is found that CTCs from multiple cancers express both epithelial and mesenchymal markers in varying amounts, which is suggestive of dynamic and hybrid states along the epithelial-mesenchymic transition (EMT) spectrum.
