Journal ArticleDOI
Micropulsed diode laser cyclophotocoagulation in recurrent pediatric glaucoma.
Eman M. Elhefney,Tharwat H Mokbel,Sherein M Hagras,Ahmed A Alnagdy,Adel Ellayeh,Tarek Mohsen,Walid M Gaafar +6 more
TL;DR: Micropulsed diode laser was proved to be a safe approach with relative effectiveness in controlling intraocular pressure in children with recurrent glaucoma.
Journal ArticleDOI
Safety and efficacy of ultrasound ciliary plasty as a primary intervention in glaucoma patients.
TL;DR: Second-generation UCP prove to be effective in reducing IOP in naive glaucoma patients with lower success rates in cases of neovascular and uveitic glau comas.
Journal ArticleDOI
Childhood glaucoma profile in Dakahelia, Egypt: a retrospective study.
Tharwat H Mokbel,Eman M El Hefney,Sherein M Hagras,Ahmed A Alnagdy,Amani E Badawi,Manal Ali Kasem,Shereen M El Shaer +6 more

Journal ArticleDOI
Aflibercept with adjuvant micropulsed yellow laser versus aflibercept monotherapy in diabetic macular edema.
Abeer M Khattab,Sherein M Hagras,AhmedHosni AbdElhamid,Magda A Torky,Eman A. Awad,Ameera G Abdelhameed +5 more
TL;DR: Supplemental MPL in eyes with DME may decrease the burden of the aflibercept injection frequency while resulting in comparable anatomical and visual outcomes.
Journal ArticleDOI
Long-term outcome of internal limiting membrane peeling with and without foveal sparing in myopic foveoschisis.
TL;DR: Vitrectomy with complete internal limiting membrane peeling resulted in comparable outcomes to those achieved with preservation of the epi-foveal membrane in treating cases with myopic foveoschisis, with no statistically significant difference in final visual acuity between the two groups.
