TL;DR: The results demonstrate the saturable transfer of L‐KYN across the blood–brain barrier and suggest that circulating L‐ KYN, 3‐HKYN, and ANA may each contribute significantly to respective cerebral pools under normal conditions.

Huge chest wall tumor detected incidentally owing to upper airway symptoms

TL;DR: In this article , a 1-year-old girl with chest radiography revealed a well circumscribed area of reduced radiolucency in the right upper lung region, and because chest computed tomography suggested the presence of a very large convex lens-like tumorous lesion measuring 80 9 41 9 72 mm (Fig. 1a), she was referred to a local physician owing to fever and cough as primary symptoms.
