TL;DR: Taking into account the UN Sustainable Development Goals, this study recommends that national governments develop targeted policy responses to Indigenous health, improving access to health services, and Indigenous data within national surveillance systems.

Regional clustering of human capital: school grades and migration of university graduates
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors examined how individual ability indicated by the grade point average (GPA) from comprehensive school affects the probability of migration among young university graduates in Sweden and found that individuals with higher GPA tend to stay at a higher rate in more flourishing regions.
