Abstract: The globular indexing cam mechanism is a kind of high-speed and high-precision indexing mechanism, widely used in the field of mechanical transmission, which has the character of smooth transmission, high-precision indexing, large transfer torque, wider choice of dynamic and static ratio, simple structure and low cost, etc. In this paper, the working principle and the main movement parameters of globular indexing cam mechanism are analyzed, and the dynamics simulation of this mechanism is done by using ADAMS dynamic simulation software to analyze the influence of size parameters on the transmission performance, which provides reliable theoretical basis for understanding the property and designing the parameter of globular indexing mechanism.

Abstract: Pneumatic splice makes use of high-speed compressed air as the driving force to complete the yarn splicing, noticing that the change of the vent pressure has a significant effect on yarn splicing This paper studies the impact of vent pressure on the quality of yarn splicing when twisting and untwisting Modeling, analysis and simulation of the air splice is done with the integration of Pro/E and ANSYS software, to study the flow filed and obtain the influence on the speed and pressure of the inside the splicing chamber when changing the speed and pressure while keeping the diameter of splicing chamber diameter, the vent hole diameter and the relative angle are unchanged The results of the analysis of the air splice will lay a solid foundation for the further optimized structure design

Abstract: Vibration is a torsional vibration essentially, which will produce additional stresses in the shaft, and when the stress exceeds the allowable limit total the shaft parts will produce fatigue damage The vibration analysis on the tripod sliding universal joint of ships is analyzed including modal analysis and response spectrum analysis The analysis result shows that it need to increase the strength of the shell and the tripod in the future design to enhance the reliability, safety and work life of the tripod sliding universal joint

Abstract: The cover is one of the key components of carding machine and its structural parameters play an important role for the carding quality and yield. In this paper, the force of the designed cover is analyzed when the cover into the carding zone, to obtain the stress and strain distribution of the cover in the whole carding process, based on the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench. The research not only examines the stiffness and strength properties of the cover, but also provides a theoretical guidance for the future structure design and parameter optimization.
