TL;DR: A new integrated multicriteria decision-making (MCDM) model that combines classical and fuzzy theory was developed and prioritized the most influential BPM dimension refers to human resource management in accordance with the specific aspects of business within the apparel industry.
Abstract: The dimensions that influence the establishment of business process management (BPM) practices and the progression to higher levels of process maturity derive from exploring the dimensions of process orientation of organizations. Small and medium-sized clothing enterprises (SME’s) are characterized by various specifics that can affect the degree of process orientation adoption and the pace of transition from lower to higher levels of process maturity. According to these specifics, the acceptance of the process approach may be differently affected. For the purpose of adequate evaluation and prioritization of the most influential dimensions, a new integrated multicriteria decision-making (MCDM) model that combines classical and fuzzy theory was developed. First, the full consistency method (FUCOM) method was applied, followed by the fuzzy pivot pairwise relative criteria importance assessment (fuzzy PIPRECIA) method to obtain more accurate criteria values. Prioritization of the most influential BPM dimension contributes to highlighting the area of business that needs to be primarily strengthened by appropriate actions for successful establishment of BPM in apparel industry SMEs. Within this research, the prioritized dimension refers to human resource management in accordance with the specific aspects of business within the apparel industry.

TL;DR: In this article, a reference model of sustainable management of transshipment in maritime container ports is proposed, which is based on a whole unit which develops its subsystems in a harmonious way without compromising them.
Abstract: The concept of sustainable development is one of the few ideas that require the integration of all areas of human life on earth in order to maintain further development without major disruptions. One such area is maritime transport, including maritime container ports. Their unique feature is the ability to combine equivalent types of transport within the framework of a cargo-handling system with related information. In order to ensure a sustainable shipping flow through ports, it is necessary to integrate management knowledge with IT knowledge, so as to build a reference model of sustainable management of transshipment in maritime container ports. The literature has neglected this problem, thus motivating our contribution to this matter. As a result of the research work undertaken, a sustainable transshipment management system is first defined as a whole unit which develops its subsystems in a harmonious way without compromising them in the process. Then, the form of the reference model is given in detail. Therefore, we suggest that the system and its constituent elements constitute a method for sustainably managing the transshipment process.

TL;DR: This study aims to implement business process management (BPM) in the exam preparation process in Operational Section of BINUS Online Learning, BPM framework will be conducted and some of tools are used in the research, such as business process model and notation, process selection matrix, and activity-based costing.
Abstract: One of the challenges in organizing the “Pendidikan Jarak Jauh” (PJJ) program is about how to manage the class operational in the online learning environment, in order to support the creation of conductive academic lectures. Therefore, improvement of business processes, technological reliability (technology), and readiness of human resources (people) is very important to be done continuously in order to provide a perfect educational service for all stakeholders concerned. Because of its online environment, every academic operational activities should be run smoothly so the institution could deliver a high-quality services to every stakeholders related. Some of the activity that needed to be improved in academic operational is the exam preparation and planning process. Since it's still manual, the process of it is still reluctant of human-error and very time-consuming. This study aims to implement business process management (BPM) in the exam preparation process in Operational Section of BINUS Online Learning, BPM framework will be conducted and some of tools are used in the research, such as business process model and notation, process selection matrix, and activity-based costing. Based on findings, online exam application came out as a proposed solution. Cost and time saving estimation by 85.85% and 36.04% are the result if the proposed solution will be developed and implemented.

TL;DR: In this article , the authors analyzed four tools to obtain a new commercial model that optimizes and improves the low conversion of leads into sales due to inefficient lead handling processes, identified as the main problems within the company studied.
Abstract: In recent years, the digital channel of companies in the automotive retail industry has experienced considerable growth, reflected in the percentage of sales of this channel with respect to total sales. Therefore, companies that are not aligned with this growth, are those that have inefficiencies in their processes of attention to leads. Processes that consist of different procedures and essential operations that are not considered, nor are they applied efficiently, ignoring the magnitude of the impact on the company's sales. This research focuses on analyzing 4 tools to obtain a new commercial model that optimizes and improves the low conversion of leads into sales, due to inefficient lead handling processes, identified as the main problems within the company studied. The model makes use of tools such as: demand management based on Forecasting, optimization of the process as such through BPM, improvement of the CRM database through Poka Yoke, and improvement of salespeople skills under a profile standardization approach, resulting in a 15.73% improvement in the company's net profit, providing an effective commercial model with the capacity to be replicated in other companies.
