Abstract: The utility model provides a tunnel continuous microwave high temperature heating furnace, and solves the problem that in the prior art, continuous uninterrupted high temperature treatment cannot be conducted on materials by adopting microwaves in a high temperature environment. The heating furnace comprises an equipment support, a microwave box body and a transmission device, wherein, the transmission device comprises a transmission track and two groups of sprocket-chain structures; transmission chains in the sprocket-chain structures are made of high temperature resistant metal; and a plurality of support bars are fixedly arranged at intervals in the circumferential direction of the transmission chains between the two transmission chains. Through adopting the two groups of sprocket-chain structures as a transmission main body and conducting positioning through the transmission track, the transmission process can be stable; furthermore, through the transmission control of a speed regulating motor, the material conveying speed can be regulated freely and continuously; and as the chains are made of the high temperature resistant metal, continuous uninterrupted conveying of the materials in a high temperature condition can be completed smoothly. In addition, the heating furnace is further provided with a heat energy recovery device, thereby achieving the aims of saving energy and reducing loss.

TL;DR: In this article, a rapid low-temperature microwave thawing method is described, which is carried out by a microwave-thawing machine, where cold and wet airflow is introduced into the microwave working chamber so as to condense one layer of frost film on the surfaces of the frozen objects.
Abstract: The invention relates to a rapid low-temperature microwave thawing method which is carried out by a microwave thawing machine. The thawing method comprises the following steps: putting frozen objects into a microwave working chamber in the microwave thawing machine, wherein the environmental temperature in the microwave working chamber ranges from -3 DEG C to 3 DEG C; in a microwave thawing process, introducing cold and wet airflow into the microwave working chamber so as to condense one layer of frost film on the surfaces of the frozen objects, namely carrying out microwave thawing on the frozen objects in a frost film covering environment. A manner of forming the cold and wet airflow by atomizing cold water is adopted so that a lot of the cooling airflow can be formed by only consuming less water; meanwhile, the whole microwave working chamber can be used for placing frozen materials and is not limited by a water groove and the like; the frozen materials with great volume or more quantity can be rapidly thawed and the efficiency is improved.

TL;DR: In this article, a method of wave cracking of a macro-molecular organic matter was proposed, in which repeating units containing a carbon-carbon chemical bond in the organic matter generate resonance under the action of a radiation wave, so breakage of the carbon- carbon chemical bond is formed under resonance conditions; thus, oriented formation of cracking reactions of micro-molescular organic matters is realized so as to improve the cracking rate and the conversion rate of organic matters in industrial and household garbage, thereby allowing a recyclable energy product to be obtained.
Abstract: The invention provides a method of wave cracking of a macro-molecular organic matter. Repeating units containing a carbon-carbon chemical bond in the organic matter generate resonance under the action of a radiation wave, so breakage of the carbon-carbon chemical bond is formed under resonance conditions; thus, oriented formation of cracking reactions of micro-molecular organic matters is realized so as to improve the cracking rate and the conversion rate of organic matters in industrial and household garbage, thereby allowing a recyclable energy product to be obtained. According to the method, the radiation wave with a wavelength in a range of 0.1 micrometer to 1.0 meter is introduced into a sealed container in which the solid or liquid macro-molecular organic matter is disposed; the radiation wave irradiates on the surface of the organic matter and penetrates into the interior of the organic matter, which causes generation of resonance by the repeating units containing the carbon-carbon chemical bond in the organic matter; and frequency and irradiation time of the radiation wave are controlled so as to allow the carbon-carbon chemical bond to undergo breakage under the resonance conditions, and the macro-molecular organic matter is decomposed into a gaseous low-carbon organic matter, a liquid medium-carbon organic matter and a solid high-carbon organic matter.
