Abstract: The invention relates to the technical field of power supply and transformation, and particularly relates to a detection method for a field oil-gas online monitoring system. The method comprises the following steps: 1) switching on a transformer oil tank; 2) switching on an oil-gas online monitoring system with thermostatically controlled dynamic precision correction technology; 3) collecting calibrated oil chromatogram data; 4) monitoring oil and gas on line; 5) comparing data. The method has the advantages that the self-inspection requirement of the installed oil-gas online monitoring system can be met through the detection method; the problem that the accuracy and reliability of monitoring data of installed oil-gas online monitoring equipment are not high is well solved through error analysis report. The detection method for the field oil-gas online monitoring system disclosed by the invention can be used for parallel installation of the calibrated oil-gas online monitoring system, and also can be used for detecting the oil-gas online monitoring system independently.

Abstract: The invention relates to the field of repairing of power equipment, in particular to a method for treating oil contamination of a transformer. In the method, two-stage filtering is finished at one time so as to obtain qualified transformer oil; impurities such as oil sludge stripped rust-proof peels and the like at the bottom of a transformer oil tank are cleaned; air-drying is performed in a transformer by using an air dryer after the transformer is overhauled; qualified oil in an oil storage tank is refilled in the transformer to the oil level specified by an oil conservator; a vacuum oil filter is started to finish third-stage oil filtering after overhauling of the transformer and the thermal oil circulation step; and standing is performed according to specified time to finish the treatment of the transformer oil contamination. The method saves labor, material resources and time and protects treated oil from secondary pollution.

The electric power insulation testing connection rod of an insulator electrified detection device is characterized in that, an adjusting human body spacing control rope band and a power-assisted handle are arranged at the lower end of the present electric power insulation testing connection rod, and the adjusting human body spacing control rope band and the power-assisted handle are fixed on the electric power insulation testing connection rod. The electric power insulation testing connection rod has the advantages that, an insulating rod is controlled by the adjusting human body spacing control rope band, after one testing is finished, the next testing point can be directly tested, and a testing device is not required to be put down. When in testing, the power-assisted handle can be used simultaneously for force application by one hand, and the other hand can perform other work, such as recording. Times of frequent operation are effectively reduced and labor intensity of working personnel is substantially alleviated.

A transformer tank outlet pipeline is connected with the inlet of an oil on-line pipeline through a stainless steel tee joint; the output end of the oil on-line pipeline is connected with a pipeline cleaning circulating pump and the input end of a power control box through a stainless steel tee joint; the pipeline cleaning circulating pump and the output end of the power control box are connected with the input end of a flow indicator; the output end of the flow indicator is connected with a transformer tank inlet pipeline through a stainless steel tee joint and a quick-change connector to form a cleaning loop. The simple insulting oil pipeline cleaning device is simple in structure, convenient to operate and practical and is an ideal cleaning device for insulating oil pipelines of electrical equipment.

Abstract: Provided in the invention is a live-line detection zero-value tester for a porcelain insulator. The tester comprises a host and an insulating rod; and the host and the insulating rod are connected by a fixed bolt. The host consists of a liquid crystal display device, a setting key, a detecting switch and a probe; and the probe is connected with an insulator needing detection. According to the invention, the tester has the following beneficial effects: live-line or non-live-line quantitative detection on an insulator on a high-voltage transmission line can be realized; and a resistance value of each insulator can be detected accurately. With a new technology and a new material, a novel insulating tool is developed. The operation can be carried out safely and accurately in a high-voltage environment; the working difficulty is reduced; and the working efficiency is improved.

The method comprises the following steps: 1, sending desktop chromatographs to a metering department, and carrying out metering detection on the desktop chromatographs; 2, carrying out chromatograph combined comparative test detection on desktop chromatographs passing the metering detection; 3, applying the chromatographs passing the combined comparative test detection to an apparatus for online monitoring of dissolved gases in transformer oil; and 4, carrying out inspection and acceptance on the apparatus for online monitoring of dissolved gases in transformer oil in a chromatogram verification laboratory, and installing the qualified apparatus in a transformer station in order to supervise the health status of a transformer. The method solves the problem of unable tracing of the apparatus for online monitoring of dissolved gases in transformer oil, realizes the practical use of the online monitoring apparatus after detection data is accurate and stable, and improves the credibility of the detection data when the online monitoring apparatus supervises the running health status of the transformer in real time.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method for calibrating an on-line chromatographic monitoring device of a transformer station without shutdown. The method comprises the following steps: allowing an oil outlet and an oil return opening of a chromatographic calibrating apparatus to be communicated with an oil inlet pipe and an oil outlet pipe of the on-line monitoring device respectively so as to form a basic loop of an on-line monitoring device calibration system; preparing a standard oil sample for calibration in the chromatographic calibrating apparatus; opening the basic loop of the on-line monitoring device calibration system through a control valve and starting the on-line monitoring device for detection of the concentration of gas dissolved in the standard oil sample prepared in the chromatographic calibrating apparatus; introducing carrier gas into a chromatographic instrument for 10 min; starting the chromatographic instrument, weighing a certain amount of the standard oil sample from the chromatographic calibrating apparatus after the base line of the chromatographic instrument becomes stable, and detecting the standard oil sample by using the chromatographic instrument; and respectively recording the detection data of the on-line monitoring device and the chromatographic instrument, and on the basis of the detection data of the chromatographic instrument, analyzing whether the relative measurement errors and repeatability of the on-line monitoring device meets requirements.

The detection method includes the steps that several different tracer agents are selected, and thin rubber tubes of different models are manufactured; power transformer windings are wound, and the thin rubber tubes are fixed in gaps between the windings in the axial direction and the direction parallel to winding coils; in the running process, transformer oil samples are fetched regularly, and the transformer oil samples are detected through a high performance liquid chromatography analytical method; a chromatogram map is qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed, the content and the types of the tracer agents in the transformer oil samples are detected, and the deformation situation of the windings is judged. Electrical connection with a power transformer is not needed, halt detection is not needed, real-time online detection can be achieved, and running of a power system is not affected. The deformation degree and the deformation position of the transformer windings can be judged, and deformation faults of the power transformer windings can be effectively detected.
