TL;DR: In this paper, the authors explore the impact of victim participation in proceedings at the International Criminal Court and the Extraordinary Chambers in the Courts of Cambodia (ECCC) and conclude that victim participants face some of the same limitations victim-witnesses encountered at the ad hoc tribunals.
