TL;DR: Diversity of most fungal groups peaked in tropical ecosystems, but ectomycorrhizal fungi and several fungal classes were most diverse in temperate or boreal ecosystems, and manyfungal groups exhibited distinct preferences for specific edaphic conditions (such as pH, calcium, or phosphorus).

Effects of Extreme Salinity Stress on a Temperate Mangrove Ecosystem
Sabine Dittmann,Luke M. Mosley,James C. R. Stangoulis,Van Lam Nguyen,Kieren P. Beaumont,Tan Dang,Huade Guan,Karina Y. Gutierrez-Jurado,Orlando Lam-Gordillo,Andrew McGrath +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper , a recent dieback event of >9 ha of temperate mangrove (Avicennia marina) in South Australia allowed to evaluate the generality of anthropogenic impacts on mangroves ecosystems.

Microstructure dependent behavior of the contact interface on porous graphene wrapped Si anodes for Li-ion batteries
Zhihua Ma,Cunjing Wang,Aoqi Li,Liu Wang,Gairong Chen,Yu Miao,Tan Dang,Yunfei Wang,Enyu Chang,Tianchao Fan +9 more
TL;DR: Inspired by the structure of fishnet, a binder-free and self-standing composite with nano silicon particles encapsulated in porous graphene sheets was constructed in this paper , which exhibited many favourable features for high performance Si/carbon anodes, including improved Si/graphene contact interface, and abundant void space for fast ion transmission.
