Extraction of DNA by magnetic ionic liquids: tunable solvents for rapid and selective DNA analysis.

TL;DR: Hydrophobic magnetic ionic liquids (MILs) were synthesized and employed as solvents for the rapid and efficient extraction of DNA from aqueous solution, demonstrating the feasibility of MIL-based DNA sample preparation prior to downstream analysis.
Journal ArticleDOI

Selective extraction of emerging contaminants from water samples by dispersive liquid–liquid microextraction using functionalized ionic liquids

TL;DR: Functionalized ionic liquids containing the tris(pentafluoroethyl)trifluorophosphate anion were used as extraction solvents in dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction (DLLME) for the extraction of 14 emerging contaminants from water samples and exhibited high selectivity and sensitivity compared to other FAP-based ILs and the BMIM-NTf(2) IL.
Journal ArticleDOI

Ionic liquids as solvents for in situ dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction of DNA.

TL;DR: Data from (31)P NMR spectroscopy suggest that a combination of electrostatic and π-π interactions dominate IL-DNA complexation and that the extraction is concentration dependant.
Journal ArticleDOI

Using glucaminium-based ionic liquids for improving the separation of 2-aminopyrimidine-5-ylboronic acid and its pinacol ester by high performance liquid chromatography

TL;DR: A reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method is described for the determination of boronic acids that are commonly present as impurities in pinacolboronate ester reagents, and the quantification of 2-aminopyrimidine-5-ylboronic acid within a 2-pinacol Boronic acid ester sample was successfully achieved.
Journal ArticleDOI

High-performance flexible lead-free perovskite solar cells based on tin-halide perovskite films doped by reductant metal halide

TL;DR: In this paper , the reductant metal halide was used as reducing agent in perovskite film, efficiently suppressing the oxidation of Sn2+ based on the high quality FA0.8MA 0.8Br 0.2SnI2.
