User Requirements Analysis for Digital Library Application Using Quality Function Deployment.

Abstract: This study attemp to build Smart Digital Library to be used by the wider community wherever they are. The system is built in the form of Smart Digital Library portal which uses semantic similarity method (Semantic Similarity) to search journals, articles or books by title or author name. This method is also used to determine the recommended books to be read by visitors of Smart Digital Library based on testimony from a previous reader automatically. Steps being taken in the development of Smart Digital Library system is the analysis phase, design phase, testing and implementation phase. At this stage of the analysis using WebQual for the preparation of the instruments to be distributed to the respondents and the data obtained from the respondents will be processed using Quality Function Deployment. In the analysis phase has the purpose of identifying consumer needs and technical requirements. The analysis was performed to a digital library on the web digital library Gunadarma University, Bogor Institute of Agriculture, University of Indonesia, etc. The questionnaire was distributed to 200 respondents. The research methodology begins with the collection of user requirements and analyse it using QFD. Application design is funded by the government through a program of Featured Universities Research by the Directorate General of Higher Education (DIKTI). Conclusions from this research are identified which include the Consumer Requirements of digital library application. The elements of the consumers requirements consists of 13 elements and 25 elements of Engineering Characteristics digital library requirements. Therefore the design of digital library applications that will be built, is designed according to the findings by eliminating features that are not needed by restaurant based on QFD House of Quality.

Software development point of sales (pos) and accounting reporting for smes restaurant

Abstract: This study is to determine how financial recording systems and procedures carried out by SMEs Restaurant in Depok West Java , ranging from record keeping, financial statements, and feasibility assessment. TQM can be used as an approach to doing business that attempts to maximize the competitiveness of the organization through continuous improvement. By knowing and understanding the needs of financial management that really fit with the desire and ability to use computer -based accounting application, it will be a very important input for the development of an existing application that has been built by researchers and a major part of this research. With POS applications and generates complete accounting of this study, it is expected that the management of the SMEs become more optimal and increasing its contribution and become a mainstay of the sector to the Indonesian economy. Informatian Retrieval of Indonesian Translated version of Al Quran and Hadith Bukhori Muslim

Abstract: This paper discusses other ways that can be used to obtain information on the translation of Indonesian Alqur’an and hadith that is by using Information Retrieval Technique which the process is tokenizing, stopword removal and steamming. The stemming method used in this study is ECS (Enhance Confix Stripping). The database consists of hadith documents Bukhori Muslim numbered 7008 number of traditions and Al Quran translation 30 Juz from the Ministry of Religious Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia. The resulting system can speed up the search process on the Indonesian translation of the Qur’an and Hadith and obtain relevant information.

Analisis Sentimen Terhadap Review Restoran Fish Streat pada Aplikasi Zomato Menggunakan Stemming Nazief Adriani dan Naive Bayes Classifier

Abstract: Zomato is a restaurant search site that provides information about the restaurants in indonesia. Zomato provides accurate and very detailed information, ranging from photos, food, menus, to reviews from diners. Review helps restaurant owners can see how consumers resond to their products. With the large number of reviews, required a system that can process the data review by applying ofunderstanding, extracting and processing textual data automatically to get sentiment information contained in an opinion sentence. In the sentiment analysis, one of the classification methods that can be used is the Naive BayesClassifier. This system uses the Naive Bayes Classifier method for its classification. The stage to be performed before the classification is preprocessing. Stages in preprocessing consist of case folding, tokenizing, stopword removal, and stemming using nazief adriani algorithm. Reviews that have passed the preprocessing stage will be classified into positive opinions or negative opinions and displayed into table form. The accuracy of the system in the analysis of sentiments on the review of fish streat in zomato application was 87,50%.

Penerapan Algoritma TF-IDF Vector Space Model (VSM) Pada Information Retrieval Terjemahan Al Quran Surat 1 Samai Dengan Surat 16 Berdasarkan Kesamaan Makna

Abstract: Information Retrieval (IR) merupakan pencarian informasi yang biasanya dalam suatu teks dokumen. Pada penelitian ini membahas IR terhadap Al Quran terjemahan Bahasa Indonesia Korpus sinonim (tesaurus) dibentuk untuk mendukung information retrieval agar hasil pencarian menjadi lebih luas. Metode yang digunakan adalah TF-IDF Vector Space Model (VSM) dengan pengembangan pada pembobotan keyword dan proses kueri, yaitu hasil kueri yang menjadi peringkat satu pada hasil pencarian information retrieval dijadikan kueri untuk proses pencarian selanjutnya. Cosine similarity digunakan untuk perhitungan kemiripan dokumen. Pembentukan basis data korpus sinonim (tesaurus) dilakukan dengan cara mengembangkan suatu sistem agar dapat dilakukan secara otomatis. Pengujian dilakukan dengan menguji pencarian ayat Al Quran dalamaplikasi information retrieval dan membandingakan hasil pencarian aplikasi dengan pendapat pakar Al Quran dan Hadist. Persentase keberhasilan pengujian dengan menggunakan 1 kata mencapai 100%. Keberhasilan pencarian pengujian menggunakan lebih dari 1 kata atau sebuah kalimat, pada 10 peringkat teratas dari dokumen yang ditemukan, keberhasilan mencapai 95,6%. Penelitian initelah membuktikan bahwa information retrieval dengan menggunakan korpus sinonim(tesaurus), dan penambahan bobot kata dari keyword pertama yang dicari menambah tingkat relevan, karena secara signifikan memperluas hasil pencarian dan mengeliminir dokumen yang tidak relevan.

Improving Document Retrieval with Spelling Correction for Weak and Fabricated Indonesian-Translated Hadith

Abstract: Hadith has several levels of authenticity, among which are weak (dhaif), and fabricated (maudhu) hadith that may not originate from the prophet Muhammad PBUH, and thus should not be considered in concluding an Islamic law (sharia). However, many such hadiths have been commonly confused as authentic hadiths among ordinary Muslims. To easily distinguish such hadiths, this paper proposes a method to check the authenticity of a hadith by comparing them with a collection of fabricated hadiths in Indonesian. The proposed method applies the vector space model and also performs spelling correction using symspell to check whether the use of spelling check can improve the accuracy of hadith retrieval, because it has never been done in previous works and typos are common on Indonesian-translated hadiths on the Web and social media raw text. The experiment result shows that the use of spell checking improves the mean average precision and recall to become 81% (from 73%) and 89% (from 80%), respectively. Therefore, the improvement in accuracy by implementing spelling correction make the hadith retrieval system more feasible and encouraged to be implemented in future works because it can correct typos that are common in the raw text on the Internet.

Pemanfaatan Big Data Media Sosial Dalam Menganalisa Kemenangan Pilkada

Abstract: Pemilihan Calon Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Bali 2018 akan melalui beberapa tahapan pemilu mulai dari penentuan bakal calon Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Bali hingga tahapan penghitungan suara. Dalam pemilihan Gubernur dan Wakil Gubernur Bali masyarakat dapat terlibat langsung dalam tahapan pemungutan suara yang akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 27 Juni 2018 (KPU, 2018). Sehingga dapat memunculkan banyak komentar atau pendapat, tidak hanya komentar positif dan netral tapi juga komentar yang negatif. Penelitian ini diharapkan mampu untuk melakukan riset atas komentar masyarakat yang mengandung sentimen baik atau positif, sama sekali tidak mengandung senrimen atau netral dan mengandung sentimen buruk atau negatif. Dalam penelitian ini metode digunakan untuk preprocessingdata menggunakan tokenisasi N-gram. N-gram adalah token yang terdiri dari tiga kata setiap satu token. Pada tahap stemming menggunakan algoritma Nzief Adriani. Untuk proses klasifikasinya menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes Classifier (NBC).Pada pengujian data calon Gubernur akurasi tertinggi diperoleh dari klasifikasi data KBS-Ace pada data yang diambil dari Twitter dengan nilai akurasi 89%, presisi 91% dan recall 94% dan akurasi terendah pada saat proses kalsifikasi data KBS-Ace pada media sosial Facebook. Typo handling in searching of Quran verse based on phonetic similarities

Abstract: The Quran search system is a search system that was built to make it easier for Indonesians to find a verse with text by Indonesian pronunciation, this is a solution for users who have difficulty writing or typing Arabic characters. Quran search system with phonetic similarity can make it easier for Indonesian Muslims to find a particular verse. Lafzi was one of the systems that developed the search, then Lafzi was further developed under the name Lafzi+. The Lafzi+ system can handle searches with typo queries but there are still fewer variations regarding typing error types. In this research Lafzi++, an improvement from previous development to handle typographical error types was carried out by applying typo correction using the autocomplete method to correct incorrect queries and Damerau Levenshtein distance to calculate the edit distance, so that the system can provide query suggestions when a user mistypes a search, either in the form of substitution, insertion, deletion, or transposition. Users can also search easily because they use Latin characters according to pronunciation in Indonesian. Based on the evaluation results it is known that the system can be better developed, this can be seen from the accuracy value in each query that is tested can surpass the accuracy of the previous system, by getting the highest recall of 96.20% and the highest Mean Average Precision (MAP) reaching 90.69%. The Lafzi++ system can improve the previous system.

Analysis of Quality from Users Perspective for Develop Website

Abstract: Quality of website service becomes part of branding. Through the evaluation can be found the root of the problem and then find a solution. In this research, 92.3 MQ FM Jogja radio website was evaluated for website development. The method used in this study is a WebQual Improvement, taken from previous researchers then variables adjusted to the type of website. Through focus group decision with radio managers and radio website developers, stated that the results of the study are in accordance with the conditions that occur. Where complementary relationship and usability variables affect the interest of users in accessing the website. From the results of questionnaires data distributed to loyal radio listeners and the general public, drawn into the Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) diagram, with the aim of obtaining priority services that must be addressed immediately. In quadrant I shows 2 problems, ie on hope of off-air and download pages, and radio program list page. User expectations are constrained to be realized because the website system used is not supported to add these features.
