Daniel J. Klionsky, +2522 more
- 21 Jan 2016 -
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present a set of guidelines for the selection and interpretation of methods for use by investigators who aim to examine macro-autophagy and related processes, as well as for reviewers who need to provide realistic and reasonable critiques of papers that are focused on these processes.
Journal ArticleDOI

Impact of the Multi-Gene ThyroSeq Next-Generation Sequencing Assay on Cancer Diagnosis in Thyroid Nodules with Atypia of Undetermined Significance/Follicular Lesion of Undetermined Significance Cytology

TL;DR: The results of the study demonstrate that the ThyroSeq v2.1 multi-gene NGS panel of molecular markers provides both high sensitivity and high specificity for cancer detection in thyroid nodules with AUS/FLUS cytology, which should allow improved management for these patients.
Journal ArticleDOI

Immune Landscape of Viral- and Carcinogen-Driven Head and Neck Cancer

TL;DR: A gene expression signature associated with CD4+ T follicular helper cells that is associated with longer progression-free survival in HNSCC patients is defined and provided a resource for the further study of the impact of immune cells on viral- and carcinogen-induced cancers.
