Journal ArticleDOI

A gene expression map of Arabidopsis thaliana development

TL;DR: Examining the expression patterns of large gene families, it is found that they are often more similar than would be expected by chance, indicating that many gene families have been co-opted for specific developmental processes.
Journal ArticleDOI

Impaired hydroxylation of 5-methylcytosine in myeloid cancers with mutant TET2

TL;DR: The results demonstrate that Tet2 is important for normal myelopoiesis, and suggest that disruption of TET2 enzymatic activity favours myeloid tumorigenesis, which may prove valuable as a diagnostic and prognostic tool to tailor therapies and assess responses to anticancer drugs.
Journal ArticleDOI

Cistrome: an integrative platform for transcriptional regulation studies.

TL;DR: A web-based application called Cistrome, based on the Galaxy open source framework, that has 29 ChIP-chip- and Chip-seq-specific tools in three major categories, from preliminary peak calling and correlation analyses to downstream genome feature association, gene expression analyses, and motif discovery.
