TL;DR: This project aimed to implement online chatbot system to assist users who access college website, using tools that expose Artificial Intelligence methods such as Natural Language Processing, allowing users to communicate with college chatbot using natural language input and to train chat bot using appropriate Machine Learning methods so it will be able to generate a response.
Abstract: The days of solely engaging with a service through a keyboard are over. Users interact with systems more and more through voice assistants and chatbots. A chatbot is a computer program that can converse with humans using Artificial Intelligence in messaging platforms. Every time the chatbot gets input from the user, it saves input and response which helps chatbot with little initial knowledge to evolve using gathered responses. With increased responses, precision of the chatbot also gets increases. The ultimate goal of this project is to add a chatbot feature and API for Matrusri Engineering College. This project will investigate how advancements in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning technology are being used to improve many services. Specifically it will look at development of chatbots as a channel for information distribution. The program selects the closest matching response from closest matching statement that matches input utilizing WordNet, it then chooses response from known selection of statements for that response. This project aimed to implement online chatbot system to assist users who access college website, using tools that expose Artificial Intelligence methods such as Natural Language Processing, allowing users to communicate with college chatbot using natural language input and to train chatbot using appropriate Machine Learning methods so it will be able to generate a response. There are numerous applications that are incorporating a human appearance and intending to simulate human dialog, yet in most part of the cases knowledge of chatbot is stored in a database created by a human expert.

TL;DR: The College Enquiry Chatbot as discussed by the authors is a web-based application that uses tongue processing libraries and AI terminology to possess conversations with humans, which is a straightforward web application that aims to supply knowledge regarding college.
Abstract: AI and web-based interactive College Enquiry Chatbot is a straightforward web application that aims to supply knowledge regarding college. The chatbot created here may be a web-based application that uses tongue Processing Libraries and AI terminology to possess conversations with humans. “Eliza” and “Cleverbot” are several online applications that are created within the past. The College Enquiry Chatbot will engage in friendly conversations, respond to the course and college information, provide a link to the tutorial calendar, and answer frequently asked questions, among other things. This project is specialized in creating a chatbot to be employed by students to urge their queries responded to easily from the college website. A chatbot may be a program that may do real conversations with textual and/or auditory methods. Using AI, chatbots can simulate human conversations. Humans respond to others depending on their mood and emotions. Whereas chatbots are bound by some rules, resulting in them treating a customer most politely and perfectly. Students can ask questions to the chatbot at any time of the day and get a reply very quickly. At any time of day, chatbots can have simultaneous conversations with thousands of people. A chatbot can work 24x7 without getting tired. It is subjected to minimal errors thus increasing productivity.

TL;DR: An intelligent, portable system that uses natural language processing methods to help farmers use different farming methods, and further help them decide which crops give the highest yield and productivity is proposed.
Abstract: Agriculture occupies an important position in the Indian economy. Indian farmers today are facing the problem of low income due to the lack of information about government schemes, fertilizers, farming equipment etc. Some smallholders and marginalized farmers have low awareness as most of them live in remote areas and don't have access to information about soil properties, seeds, recently used tools, fertilizers, etc. The document proposes an intelligent, portable system that uses natural language processing methods to help farmers use different farming methods, and further help them decide which crops give the highest yield and productivity. To meet all the requirements of farmers, a chatbot is proposed using natural language processing technology. The system will act as an interactive virtual assistant for farmers, answering all queries related to agriculture. This paper will go through the implementation of the chatbot using the chatterbot libraries and Django framework.

TL;DR: In this paper, a rule based chatbot on a platform named Discord, also showcased that how a chatbot can be integrated into other online platforms to counter the challenges faced in teaching, where Q/A features are used to get in-depth knowledge about various preinstalled data in chatbot.
Abstract: Nowadays, educators can show case the technology of chatbots in various fields such as teaching and learning. Earlier the resources are almost negligible, in the field of education with the learning design integrated in it. But now with the advancement of technology, chatbot can fill the gap in the teaching landscape too. Using chatbot in the education domain is reassuring, since these bots can point out some of the logistics and diversified issues that a normal class might face. Besides this, with the further advancement of Artificial Intelligence, tech-giants like Apple, Google, and Amazon are providing platforms where building conversation is more focused rather than technicalities of computer programming i.e., to be more specific in natural language processing. In this paper, we have built a rule based chatbot on a platform named Discord, also showcased that how a chatbot can be integrated into other online platforms to counter the challenges faced in teaching. Q/A features are used to get in-depth knowledge about various preinstalled data in chatbot.

TL;DR: In this paper , a package of healthcare services powered by Artificial Intelligence via a chatbot system, where a user can entertain the services either by an interactive Graphical User Interface or a conversational chat bot system.
Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic has brought many changes in the healthcare industry lately. As things are going normal with time, many health projects designed and used during emergencies are left unexploited. To make the perpetual use of those technologies, the current need should be taken into consideration along with necessary ideas and frameworks to evolve the existing system into. To demonstrate the same, in this paper, we have presented a package of healthcare services powered by Artificial Intelligence via a chatbot system, where a user can entertain the services either by an interactive Graphical User Interface or a conversational chatbot system. This proposed system showcases how a similar Covid-19 system can be developed into a sophisticated healthcare service. This paper emphasises adding Artificial Intelligence to any conventional software via chatbot services which would broaden the services it provides even further. In order to find out the probable best technology to integrate AI with, about 50 papers have been analysed and out of which 27 relevant papers have been included in the literature review. In future, we intend to add medical support and other intelligence-based services to our system in order to meet user requirements and essential features in the field of healthcare.

TL;DR: In this article , the authors proposed an AI Chatbot interaction and prediction model using a deep feed-forward multilayer perceptron to improve human interaction in databases in the medical field.
Abstract: The purpose of this paper is to show concisely how we can promote chatbots in the medical sector and cure infectious diseases. We can create awareness through the users and the users can get proper medical solutions to prevent disease. We created a preliminary training model and a study report to improve human interaction in databases in 2021. Through natural language processing, we describe the human behaviors and characteristics of the chatbot. In this paper, we propose an AI Chatbot interaction and prediction model using a deep feedforward multilayer perceptron. Our analysis discovered a gap in knowledge about theoretical guidelines and practical recommendations for creating AI chatbots for lifestyle improvement programs. A brief comparison of our proposed model concerning the time complexity and accuracy of testing is also discussed in this paper. In our work, the loss is a minimum of 0.1232 and the highest accuracy is 94.32%. This study describes the functionalities and possible applications of medical chatbots and explores the accompanying challenges posed by the use of these emerging technologies during such health crises mainly posed by pandemics. We believe that our findings will help researchers get a better understanding of the layout and applications of these revolutionary technologies, which will be required for continuous improvement in medical chatbot functionality and will be useful in avoiding COVID-19.
