Abstract: The difference in the GDP levels is crucial for the macroeconomic forecasting to develop adequate and supportive fiscal and monetary policies Most mismeasurements under current geoeconomics challenges can be explained by the difficulty in predicting recessions and the overestimation of the economy's potential capacity The research aims to consider the GDP gap's effectiveness for the possible forecasting of the monetary policy, particularly the central bank's interest rate The study uses quantitative methods, particularly VAR modeling The VAR model is chosen as a proven useful tool for describing the dynamic behavior of economic time series and forecasting The data sample is chosen as Eurozone, the United States, and Japan The similarity is detected on output gaps implementation in the considered states;however, the variety in the responses to the financial crisis is revealed This difference is due to the different sensitivity of economies on the impact of monetary instruments In particular, the Japanese economy has a relatively low level of sensitivity to changes in monetary instruments In terms of the reactions of central banks to the current economic crisis caused by COVID-19, then due to the global lockdown and the incredible decline in economic activity, almost all countries are in a situation of negative GDP gap according the paper's approach However, the measures to mitigate it will vary in different states © 2020 LLC CPC Business Perspectives All rights reserved

Abstract: Стаття присвячена комплексному аналізу сутності, специфіки ціноутворення на ринку об’єктів інтелектуальної власності. Розглянуто теоретичні та практичні аспекти ціноутворення об’єктів інтелектуальної власності та вплив процесів цифровізації економіки на нього. Досліджено, що в сучасних умовах діджиталізації ринок об’єктів інтелектуальної власності зростає, а з ним внаслідок трансформаційних процесів в економіці , процес ціноутворення іноді набуває невизначеного характеру. Узагальнено основні тенденції розвитку складного процесу та головні шляхи визначення ціни на той чи інший об’єкт інтелектуальної власності. Вказано основні інструменти та їх класифікацію, що використовуються під час оцінки певних об’єктів інтелектуальної власності на сучасному етапі розвитку економічного середовища. У статті авторами висловлено думка про те, що різні поєднання факторів попиту, пропозиції, ринкової кон'юнктури та законодавчої інфраструктури, а також специфіка об’єктів інтелектуальної власності як товару зумовлюють особливий характер ціноутворення на ринку інтелектуальної власності. Обґрунтовується актуальність дослідження трактування ціни не лише як категорії обміну, але як такої, що має глибоке коріння у сферах виробництва споживання та на ринку об’єктів інтелектуальної власності. Послідовно розвиваючи гіпотезу про взаємозв’язок трудової теорії вартості та теорії граничної корисності, автори описують модель ціноутворення на рину об’єктів інтелектуальної власності в умовах становлення цифрової економіки. Доведено, що механізм ринкового ціноутворення здатен відобразити умови, зміст, результати і міру комерціалізації результатів інтелектуальної діяльності. При цьому, механізм ринкового ціноутворення повинен враховувати ризики комерціалізації інтелектуальної власності які орієнтовані на суб’єктів господарювання, що здійснюють інноваційну діяльність та вкладають кошти у інтелектуальний капітал. Встановлено, що зазначений механізм відіграє основоположну роль у залучені результатів інтелектуальної діяльності до розвитку ринку об’єктів інтелектуальної власності, а також для оцінки перспектив інвестування коштів у відповідні об’єкти. Використано сукупність методів емпіричного і теоретичного дослідження, а також методи аналізу та узагальнення. Охарактеризовано сучасний стан та перспективи ринку об’єктів інтелектуальної власності та його роль в сучасній економіці. Інтелектуальна власність позиціонується в якості джерела інноваційного розвитку.

Abstract: В даній статті розглянуто підходи до розуміння сутності циклічності соціально-економічного розвитку, проаналізовано циклічно-нерівномірний характер розвитку національної економіки та його причини, визначено характер циклів та основні рушійні сили, проведено аналіз трансмісійного механізму циклічності. Визначено, що метою сучасного етапу трансформаційних реіндустріальних перетворень в Україні є соціально-економічна цифрова та інноваційна модернізацію економіки як інструмент реновації стійкого економічного та технологічного розвитку національної економіки. Визначено цифрову модернізацію як важливий драйвер сучасного етапу трансформації національних економік. Визначено основні технології цифрової модернізації. Проаналізовано складові політики інноваційної та цифрової модернізації країн з різним рівнем економічного розвитку. Визначено рейтинг країни-лідери за часткою високотехнологічного виробництва. Оцінено вплив цифровізації на соціально-економічний розвиток України.

Abstract: Settling a “green recovery” at the center of all economic recuperation procedures is progressively seen as the finest and as the only way nations could restore their economies. Therefore, this study assesses the role of energy finance, green policies, and investment towards green economic recovery in the USA by using a linear econometric approach and nonlinear (DSGE) model. Considering the fiscal tax-lowering rate, for instance, the study evaluates the effects of fiscal measures on local fiscal pressures in the USA regarding the pandemic. The regression analysis shows that both energy finance and green energy policies have positive and statistically significant impacts on green investment. The results from the linear econometric approach indicate that every additional state green energy policy tool adopted is associated with 1% more green investment in the USA. In addition, the findings show that green policies in human resources and R&D of green energy technologies prompt a sustainable green economy through labor and technology-oriented production activities. Implications for scholars, investors, technology managers, and policymakers are derived and discussed.

Abstract: The article discusses the challenges faced by universities during forced quarantine because of COVID-19. The article provides examples of successful online learning practices of Polish and Ukrainian universities, as well as the problematic aspects faced by HEIs. The focus of the article is on the forms of online learning, the specifics of their combination and the particularities of use in leading universities in Poland and Ukraine. The situation of the need for self-isolation has forced universities not only to shift the vector of providing educational services. Approaches to accounting of working hours and forms of direct communication between students and teachers were modernized. Vectors of changing approaches to university education, requirements for teachers and students are given in connection with the possible prolonged period of self-isolation because of coronavirus.

Abstract: Аbstrаct. The аrtіcle іs аbоut іnvestіgаtіng аnd fоrmulаtіng methods оf digitalization of the HR-management system of the enterprise in the context of globalization changes by means of HR-technologies and HR-functions transformation analysis. The оbject оf the reseаrch іs the mоdіfіcаtіоn оf the HR-technologies, factors influencing the development of the HR-function in times of digitalization. Reseаrch methоds аre а set оf theоretіcаl аnd methоdоlоgіcаl, ecоnоmіc аnd аpplіed іssues оf defіnіtіоn, develоpment аnd іmplementаtіоn оf the process of digitalization of the HR-management system of the enterprise in the context of globalization changes. Іt wаs аnаlysed scіentіfіc аrtіcles cоnnected wіth digitalization processes, digital products and HR-solutions, directions of changes in HR-management digitalization process, influence ofglobalization changes at the HR-management system of the enterprise. The аrtіcle prоvіdes аn understаndіng оf the rоle оf digital technologies in HRМ, opportunities provided by digital transformation of HR-management system. It is proved that in today’s conditions, the HR-function of the enterprise should be implemented through flexibility, integration into the business and be able to attract, retain and develop talent. It is analysed how globalization changes and actualization of existing HR-technologies influence human capital market. Among the total investment in digitalization of HR-processes, about half (49%) is aimed at implementing software solutions for human capital management, a third (32%) covers the implementation of cloud services, and in the near future plans to increase investment in forecasting, improved solutions process automation, artificial intelligence. It is investigated the evolution of HR-functions under the influence of digitalization and found out the relevance and directions of digital technologies implementation in HR processes. The article reveals the main directions of HR-management digitalization changes: digital workforce, digital workplace, digital HR. The key opportunities that digitalization brings to HR-management have been substantiated. To get the most out of advanced technologies, HR-competencies must be clearly defined, correlated with business requirements, differentiated by functions, roles and levels, updated at the right time, applied to perform any HR-management functions. It is analysed opportunities provided by digital transformation of HR-management system. Digital economy, human capital and information technology play a crucial role in ensuring sustainable economic development. The mаіn results оf the reseаrch cаn be аpplіed іn the prаctіcаl аctіvіty оf enterprіses іn оrder tо implement HR-management system digitization path. Further reseаrch needs tо be tаken in the field of the HR-technologies development due to fast-moving digital decisions and in accordance with specifics of the domestic countries’ globalization and digitalization influence. Abstract: This article describes the experience of the communicative competence formation of future teachers in a blended form of education as a dominant one in the period of the COVID-19 pandemic. The main features of such terms as “education quality” and “communicative competence” are revealed; the peculiarities of their components and structure are described. Using the results of a survey the authors draw conclusions about the advantages and disadvantages of online and offline learning and the efficacy of technical learning tools. The article also describes the educational platforms and technical means most frequently used by teachers and students in their everyday life. The results of testing in philological and linguodidactic disciplines after online and offline learning are presented in the paper. Conclusions are made concerning the peculiarities of online and offline training by means of Moodle and Google Classroom learning platforms, as well as Viber, Telegram, Email, Zoom Cloud Meetings and other platforms. Considering the results of the survey of students on the usage of technical means in online learning, the authors provide suggestions on improving the quality of training future teachers. The discussion part of the article presents the questions for discussion concerning a blended form of training as an effective one during the COVID-19 pandemic. The conclusion states the advantages and disadvantages of mixed forms of learning.

Abstract: Purpose This paper considers a country context where traditional entrepreneurship has not been a major part of the economy and considers current attempts to develop entrepreneurship education (EE) as a part of wider market development. Design/methodology/approach The authors review the background to the economic development of the Post-Soviet states and link this to existing knowledge around EE. The potential routes by which EE might be developed in Uzbekistan are discussed with a focus upon hospitality and tourism education, leading to the development of a model of the six key aspects of change Findings The potential for future research is explored, and four aspects are highlighted as areas where partnership working with overseas universities is likely to have substantive benefits. In particular, the development of quality standards and staff development are areas where partnership could have an important influence, whereas barriers within local systems and cultural resistance are likely to benefit less from a partnership approach. Although entrepreneurial competencies and entrepreneurial intent are both important, entrepreneurial intent is highlighted given its role in terms of individual responses to country-level initiatives. Practical implications Although all four aspects merit further research, this paper ends with a specific suggestion that future research should draw on the theory of planned behaviour to explore entrepreneurial intent. Originality/value Uzbekistan is a relatively under-researched area where hospitality and tourism industries are undergoing a period of intense development.
