TL;DR: The periods of some non-linear discrete equation systems are found and the solutions of these systems releted to initial values are obtained.
Abstract: We find the periods of some non-linear discrete equation systems in this study. Then we obtain the solutions of these systems releted to initial values

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors examined the effect of health-oriented leadership on the well-being of healthcare workers who have severe psychosocial working conditions in order to increase interest in employee wellbeing and provide leadership with a central role in this regard.
Abstract: . In the face of growing stress in the workplace, employers are particularly interested in management practices focused on maintaining the psychological health of employees. This study examines the effect of the perception of health-oriented leadership (HoL) on the well-being of healthcare workers who have severe psychosocial working conditions in order to increase interest in employee well-being and provide leadership with a central role in this regard. The paper examined psychological wellbeing (PWB), job satisfaction, and life satisfaction together while attempting to determine whether HoL directly and indirectly (via PWB) affected work and life satisfaction based on the JD-R model. The methodological basis of the study was the provisions of the human resource theory management and the theory of leadership. Data was collected from 187 employees (convenience sampling) of a healthcare organization operating in a province in Turkey with the survey technique and analyzed using the SPSS and Smart PLS software. The findings revealed that HoL affects job satisfaction and life satisfaction both directly and through PWB. Therefore, the perception of HoL increased PWB, which in turn increased job satisfaction and life satisfaction. The study ultimately deducted that it was important to exhibit HoL behaviors for employee well-being. Among possible directions for further research could be a longitudinal design of analysis, as well as expanding the sample by including private healthcare organizations and additional locations.

TL;DR: In this article, a new definition of k-Mersenne-Lucas numbers was introduced and properties of these numbers were investigated, and some identities and established connection formulas between them through the use of Binet's formula.
Abstract: In this paper, we will introduce a new definition of k-Mersenne–Lucas numbers and investigate some properties. Then, we obtain some identities and established connection formulas between k-Mersenne–Lucas numbers and k-Mersenne numbers through the use of Binet’s formula.

TL;DR: In this article, a new concept of bivariate Mersenne Lucas polynomials is introduced and the recurrence relation of them is given, and Binet's formula, generating function, Catalan's identity and Cassini's identity for this type of polynomial are obtained.
Abstract: The main aim of this paper is to introduce new concept of bivariate Mersenne Lucas polynomials { m n ( x , y ) } n = 0 ∞ , we first give the recurrence relation of them. We then obtain Binet’s formula, generating function, Catalan’s identity and Cassini’s identity for this type of polynomials. After that, we give the symmetric function, explicit formula and d’Ocagne’s identity of bivariate Mersenne and bivariate Mersenne Lucas polynomials. By using the Binet’s formula we obtain some well-known identities of these bivariate polynomials. Also, some summation formulas of bivariate Mersenne and bivariate Mersenne Lucas polynomials are investigated.

TL;DR: The closed form formulae for these octonions are given and some well-known identities like Cassini's identity, d’Ocagne’s identity, Catalan identity, Vajda's identity and generating functions of them are obtained.
Abstract: This paper aims to introduce the k -Mersenne and k -Mersenne-Lucas octonions. We give the closed form formulae for these octonions and obtain some well-known identities like Cassini’s identity, d’Ocagne’s identity, Catalan identity, Vajda’s identity and generating functions of them. As a consequence k = 1 yields all the above properties for Mersenne and Mersenne-Lucas octonions.

TL;DR: In this article , the authors recover the generating functions of Tribonacci numbers and Chebychev polynomials of the first and second kind by making use of the operator defined in this paper.
Abstract: A bstract . In this paper, we will recover the generating functions of Tribonacci numbers and Chebychev polynomials of first and second kind. By making use of the operator defined in this paper, we give some new generating functions for the binary products of Tribonacci with some remarkable numbers and polynomials. The technique used here is based on the theory of the so-called symmetric functions.

TL;DR: In this paper, the generalized k-Mersenne polynomials were defined and the relation with classical Mersenne numbers was explained. And the properties of these polynomial formulas were studied.
Abstract: In this paper, we define new generalized k-Mersenne numbers and give a formula of generalized Mersenne polynomials and further we study their properties. Moreover, we define Gaussian Mersenne numbers and obtain some identities like Binet Formula, Cassini's identity, D'Ocagne's Identity, and generating functions. The generalized Gaussian Mersenne numbers are described and the relation with classical Mersenne numbers are explained. We also introduce a generalization of Gaussian Mersenne polynomials and establish some properties of these polynomials.
