Book ChapterDOI

Harish-Chandra Subalgebras and Gelfand-Zetlin Modules

TL;DR: In this article, a new framework for the study of modules over algebras is elaborated and applied to a new class of representations of Lie algebra GL(n), which is a special case of the class of Lie algebases described in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

Imaginary Verma Modules for Affine Lie Algebras

TL;DR: In this paper, a class of irreducible modules for Affine Lie algebras which possess weight spaces of both finite and infinite dimensions was studied, and these modules appeared as the quotients of "imaginary Verma modules" induced from the "imaginal Borel subalgebra".
Journal ArticleDOI

Galois orders in skew monoid rings

TL;DR: Galois orders as discussed by the authors generalize classical orders in non-commutative rings and contain many important examples, such as the Generalized Weyl algebras, the universal enveloping algebra of the general linear Lie algebra, associated Yangians and finite W -algesas.
Journal ArticleDOI

Fibers of characters in Gelfand-Tsetlin categories

TL;DR: For a class of non-commutative rings, called Galois orders, this article showed that the problem of character extension from a commutative subalgebra is solvable in finitely many ways up to isomorphism.
