TL;DR: Chronic renal disease was produced in 235 4 to 5 week-old rats of the Long-Evans strain by the intravenous injection of nephrotoxic sera obtained from rabbits by correlating the chronologic order of clinical evidence with the pathologic picture and the following conclusions were drawn.
