Principles of cultivar development
TL;DR: The principles of cultivar development are applied to the design and development of looms, specifically the design of looms for looms and their applications in agriculture.
Journal ArticleDOI
RFLP analysis of soybean seed protein and oil content
TL;DR: An expanded soybean RFLP map and quantitative trait loci (QTL) in soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.] for seed protein and oil content were presented and G. soja alleles at significant loci for protein content were associated with greater protein content than G. max alleles.
Journal ArticleDOI
Influence of genotype and environment on isoflavone contents of soybean.
TL;DR: It should be possible to breed for isoflavone content as a quantitative trait in a cultivar development program because of the significant genotype × environment interactions and the differences between the cultivars with the highest and lowest total and individual is oflavone contents were relatively consistent among the 16 environments.
Journal ArticleDOI
Putative Alleles for Increased Yield from Soybean Plant Introductions
E. A. Kabelka,Brian W. Diers,Walter R. Fehr,Allen R. LeRoy,I. Baianu,Tiefeng You,D. J. Neece,Randall L. Nelson +7 more
TL;DR: It is shown that soybean PIs have the genetic potential for improving seed yield of U.S. soybean cultivars and are associated with seed yield in at least one set with two significant across all sets.
