Abstract: The purpose of this study was to analyze all the information required to support the operations of two restaurants in Depok, West Java (Soto Ngawi and Nasi Pecel mba Ira), especially in the sales system, inventory records and accounting records. The results of the analysis then used to build Point of Sales (POS) and accounting applications for operational support and reduce the level of error that often occurs because of the manual transaction records. The research methodology used in designing this application begins with the collection and analysis of requirements (interviews, document examination), conceptual database design, logical database design, physical database design, DBMS selection, application development and implementation. Application development is funded by the government through a program of Science and Technology for Society/Ipteks bagi Masyarakat (IbM) by the DP2M Directorate General of Higher Education (Dikti). The result of this research is a Point of Sales (POS) and accounting application specifically for restaurants. The results of the application development have been evaluated with regard to integrity, security, concurrency and recovery.Conclusions from this research is by using this Point of Sales (POS) and accounting system, which is specifically developed for restaurant, the transaction at Nasi Soto Ngawi and Nasi Pecel mba Ira run easier, more effective and more efficient in recording in terms of time. Abstract: This study is to determine how financial recording systems and procedures carried out by SMEs Restaurant in Depok West Java , ranging from record keeping, financial statements, and feasibility assessment. TQM can be used as an approach to doing business that attempts to maximize the competitiveness of the organization through continuous improvement. By knowing and understanding the needs of financial management that really fit with the desire and ability to use computer -based accounting application, it will be a very important input for the development of an existing application that has been built by researchers and a major part of this research. With POS applications and generates complete accounting of this study, it is expected that the management of the SMEs become more optimal and increasing its contribution and become a mainstay of the sector to the Indonesian economy. Abstract: Dalam perekonomian Indonesia, usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM) memberikan kontribusi yang signifikan terhadap perekonomian nasional dan sudah terbukti mampu menjadi penyangga (buffer) dalam perekonomian. Daya Saing UKM dapat dicapai baik dengan penggunaan IT khususnya untuk pencatatan transaksi rutin yang terjadi di restoran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : menentukan adopsi TI oleh UKM restoran, menentukan alasan bagi UKM restoran untuk mengadopsi atau tidak mengadopsi TI, dan mengetahui faktor penghambat adopsi TI oleh UKM restoran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian secara deskriptif. Penelitian dilakukan di 179 UKM restoran di wilayah JABODETABEK. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat adopsi komputer di kalangan UKM terbukti cukup tinggi. Namun, tingkat adopsi mesin atau aplikasi computer untuk pencatatan transaksi harian di kalangan UKM restoran masih sangat rendah. Penggunaan teknologi komputer oleh UKM restoran masih belum dioptimalkan untuk hal-hal yang memberikan nilai untuk pengembangan restoran dan hal-hal strategis lainnya. Kendala komputer dan adopsi mesin atau aplikasi pencatatan transaksi harian di UKM restoran didominasi oleh masalah internal, seperti: mereka tidak membutuhkan komputer untuk pencatatan transaksi, masalah pendanaan untuk investasi teknologi, dan sumber daya manusia yang terbatas mampu yang dapat menjalankan teknologi. Abstract: Itik pedaging yakni jenis itik yang dapat tumbuh dengan cepat dan mengubah makanan menjadi daging bergizi tinggi. Selama proses persalinan, DOD rentan mengalami stres akibat dehidrasi, kelaparan, dan akan menyebabkan kematian jika tidak segera ditangani. Oleh karena itu pemberian air gula merah pada DOD yang baru diterima oleh peternak dimaksudkan untuk mengembalikan kondisi tubuh itik yang sedang mengalami stress. Penelitian bertujuan guna mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh penambahan kadar gula merah pada air minum terhadap mortalitas itik pedaging fase starter. Metode pada penelitian yakni metode analisis deskriptif RAL ANOVA.. Variabel yang diamati yakni angka kematian pada pakan itik broiler. Analisis data yang digunakan yakni uji Anova. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan gula pada air minum itik pedaging dengan kadar 15% tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap mortalitas, mortalitas tertinggi pada perlakuan penambahan kadar gula merah 15%, sedangkan pada P0 laju mortalitas 5%, pada P1 0%, P2 0% dan P3 15% berpengaruh. Kesimpulan dari penelitian diatas bahwa penambahan gula pada air minum itik pedaging tidak berpengaruh nyata terhadap mortalitas P<0,05.

Abstract: Mesin sebagai alat bantu dalam pekerjaan manusia saat ini menjadi kebutuhan utama yang perlu ada pada industri barang maupun jasa. Mesin sebagai alat bantu tersebut berdasarkan penggunaannya dibagi menjadi 2 jenis yaitu permanen/statis dan mobilitas/portabel. Mesin permanen lebih banyak digunakan pada dunia industri, sedangkan portabel lebih banyak untuk jasa perbaikan, dimana membutuhkan berbagai lokasi yang kadang sulit dijangkau dan posisi aplikasi penggunaannya dapat beroperasi dengan baik, serta menghemat waktu, tenaga, biaya operasional dan bisa digunakan dimana saja. Kelemahan mesin portabel terletak pada power yang digunakan karena sumber dayanya kebanyakan menggunakan baterai. Untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian lebih jauh untuk mendapatkan analisa kebutuhan power yang sesuai di lapangan. Langkah yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian eksperimental untuk mendapatkan hasil relevan terhadap power yang digunakan sesuai kebutuhan desain alat bantu. Analisis perancangan kontrol dan power menggunakan komponen-komponen seperti motor listrik DC, saklar, adaptor dan sensor infrared. Dari hasil analisis perhitungan perancangan kontrol dan power didapatkan hasil pada perhitungan daya motor listrik sebesar 114 W (daya umum yang digunakan pada mesin bor portabel) dan perhitungan torsi sebesar 6,5 Nm kapasitas dalam pembuatan ulir luar menggunakan alat ini mampu maksimal diameter M6 dengan material ST41.

Abstract: This study seeks to improve accounting information system (AIS) application specially built for restaurants small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) that have been developed and tested to the user, as well as demonstrate the feasibility of the applications that have been enhanced when viewed in terms of functionality, performance, and usability. Enhanced AIS is the result of system development that have been developed, that requires three years to complete all the stages involving 179 restaurants in JABODETABEK for the user requirements analysis phase and processed using Quality Function Deployment (QFD). The research model used is a model of Research Development. The study focused on the study of designing, developing, and evaluating AIS applications for restaurant SMEs and improving it. Feasibility of restaurant AIS quality was measured in terms of functionality using TOFTS and FETs, in terms of performance measured using paired sample t-test test, and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and in terms of usability measured using Computer System Usability Questionnaire (CSUQ). The research showed that enhanced AIS applications for restaurant SMEs can be used to perform restaurants data processing ranging from Point of Sales (POS) transaction to accounting reporting and has a very good percentage of functionality quality. The AIS application had a very good appearance and value of the application performance is very satisfying, and also has an excellent value of usability.

Abstract: This study aims to evaluate the performance of implementation results of the accounting information system application named “Aplikasi POS Kuliner UKM” which has been specially built for restaurant SMEs in Jakarta, Bogor, Depok, Tangerang and Bekasi (JABODETABEK) over two years of development and implementation. From 179 restaurants in JABODETABEK surveyed at system requirements analysis stage, 15 restaurant SMEs selected for the implementation phase, but has yet to be evaluated. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the utilization of “Aplikasi POS Kuliner UKM” by selected restaurant SMEs to understand the shortcomings and conformity with the user requirements. This evaluation is measured using descriptive statistics, paired sample t-test, and Importance Performance Analysis (IPA) method. Results from paired sample t-test shows that already fit between the expectations and reality. Evaluation results using IPA known indicators that must be corrected, maintained, and ignored, it is also known that the performance of AIS already exceed consumer expectations on average. Additional survey results shows that the AIS has good facilities and satisfactory application performance.
