Abstract: An immunosensor with a high biological activity was prepared by self-assembly of cysteine on gold electrodes followed by the reaction with glutaraldehyde and Anti-CRP which allows the detection of the CRP antigen In order to improve the selectivity and sensitivity of this label-free immunosensor, gold nanoparticles modified with a Ni complex were selected as detection probe AC impedance spectroscopy was used to characterize the immunosensor and monitor binding of CRP and obtain a response curve The results show that with increasing antigen concentration, the impedance increases The range of CRP antigen concentration is linear from 20 × 10−7 g ·mL−1 to 10 × 10−6 g ·mL−1, RP =−13016 + 675 × 1011 × cAb-CRP (R2 is 09979), Lim-D is 356 × 10−9 g ·mL−1, RSD% is 064% Moreover, the immunosensor exhibits a high sensitivity, long-term stability and good selectivity © 2014 The Electrochemical Society [DOI: 101149/2022405jes] All rights reserved

TL;DR: In this article, a novel fluorescence probe for determination of superoxide anion radical (O2 −) was developed with CdTe quantum dots (QDs) modified by thiophene-2-formaldehyde shrinked l -cysteine Schiff base, which was characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), ultraviolet-visible (UV-vis) and fluorescent spectrum.
Abstract: A novel fluorescence probe for determination of superoxide anion radical (O2 −) was developed with CdTe quantum dots(QDs) modified by thiophene-2-formaldehyde shrinked l -cysteine Schiff base, which was characterized by Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), thermal gravimetric analysis (TGA), ultraviolet-visible (UV–vis) and fluorescent spectrum. The particle size of CdTe QDs was 3.1 nm as confirmed by X-ray powder diffraction pattern (XRD) and Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) in presence of β-cysteamine (CA). The fluorescent results showed that the fluorescence intensity of CdTe QDs was decreased with modified Schiff base at 305 nm, but enhanced at 610 nm with O2 − and showed an apparent linear dependence in the concentration scope of 2.0 × 10−5–1.0 × 10−4 mol L−1 (r = 0.9934) with a detection limit of 1.8 × 10−6 mol L−1, which exhibited high selectivity and stability towards O2 −.

TL;DR: In this paper, the corrosion inhibition performance of three triazine derivatives namely 4-((2-(5,6-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazin-3-yl)hydrazineylidene)methyl)-N,N-dimethylaniline (HT-1), 3-(2-(4 methoxybenzylIDene) hydrazine), 5,6diphensyl- 1, 2, 4-triazine (HTH-2) and 2-(2-5, 6-dipphenyl
Abstract: The corrosion inhibition performance of three triazine derivatives namely 4-((2-(5,6-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazin-3-yl)hydrazineylidene)methyl)-N,N-dimethylaniline (HT-1), 3-(2-(4 methoxybenzylidene) hydrazineyl)-5,6-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazine (HT-2) and 2-(2-(5,6-diphenyl-1,2,4-triazin-3-yl)hydrazineylidene)methyl)phenol (HT-3)on mild steel corrosion in1MHCl has been studied using gravimetric method, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), potentiodynamic polarization, scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Density functional theory (DFT) and molecular dynamics simulation. The corrosion inhibition efficiencies at optimum concentration (80 mg L-1) are 98.6% (HT-1), 97.1%(HT-2) and 94.3% (HT-3) respectively at 308 K. The corrosion inhibition efficiency increases with increase in concentration and decreases with increase in temperature. The adsorption of HTs on the surface of mild steel obeyed Langmuir isotherm. Potentiodynamic polarization study confirmed that inhibitors are mixed type with cathodic predominance. SEM analysis confirmed that metal surface is smooth in presence of inhibitors. Quantum chemical calculation and Molecular dynamics simulation further support the experimental findings.
