Journal ArticleDOI
Application of flexible bronchoscopy in inhalation lung injury
Chong Bai,Haidong Huang,Xiao-peng Yao,Shihui Zhu,Bing Li,Jingqing Hang,Wei Zhang,Paul Zarogoulidis,Paul Zarogoulidis,Andreas Gschwendtner,Konstantinos Zarogoulidis,Qiang Li,Michael Simoff +12 more
TL;DR: The use of flexible bronchoscopy has great value in the diagnosis of inhalational injury without any complications and its use should be incorporated into clinical practice.
Journal ArticleDOI
Successful treatment of a centenarian with coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) using convalescent plasma.
TL;DR: The successful treatment of this 100-year-old patient using convalescent plasma suggests that it should be added in the management of the elderly, and significant improvement was observed on laboratory indicators and clinical symptoms of the patient.
Journal ArticleDOI
Slit2-N inhibits PDGF-induced migration in rat airway smooth muscle cells: WASP and Arp2/3 involved
TL;DR: Slit2-N inhibits RASM cells migration at least partly through attenuating the expressions of WASP and Arp2/3, inhibiting actin rearrangement in vitro, and contribute to provide new insights into the pathogenesis of airway remodeling in asthma.
Journal ArticleDOI
Analysis of viral load in different specimen types and serum antibody levels of COVID-19 patients.
Ling Li,Chianru Tan,Jia Zeng,Chen Luo,Shi Hu,Yanke Peng,Wenjuan Li,Wenjuan Li,Zhixiong Xie,Yueming Ling,Xuejun Zhang,E. Deng,Haixia Xu,Jue Wang,Yudi Xie,Yaling Zhou,Wei Zhang,Guo Yong,Zhong Liu +18 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors used droplet digital PCR (ddPCR) and ELISA to detect SARS-CoV-2 in patients with a course of disease ranging from 7 to 69 days.
Journal ArticleDOI
5-Aza-2′-deoxycytidine inhibited PDGF-induced rat airway smooth muscle cell phenotypic switching
TL;DR: It is proposed for the first time that DNMT1 played a key role in PDGF-induced RASM cell phenotypic switching and Aza-CdR is promising in intervening ASM remodeling in asthma.
