Understanding Polymorphism in Organic Semiconductor Thin Films through Nanoconfinement

TL;DR: It is demonstrated that the nanoconfinement effect combined with the flow-enhanced crystal engineering technique is a powerful and likely material-agnostic method to identify existing polymorphs in OSC materials and to prepare the individual pure forms in thin films at ambient conditions.
Journal ArticleDOI

Conjugated Polymer Nanoparticles as Nano Floating Gate Electrets for High Performance Nonvolatile Organic Transistor Memory Devices

TL;DR: In this paper, a molecular nano-floating gate (NFG) of pentacene-based transistor memory devices is developed using conjugated polymer nanoparticles (CPN) as the discrete trapping sites embedded in an insulating polymer, poly (methacrylic acid) (PMAA).
Journal ArticleDOI

Side-Chain Engineering of Isoindigo-Containing Conjugated Polymers Using Polystyrene for High-Performance Bulk Heterojunction Solar Cells

TL;DR: In this paper, a series of poly(isoindigo-dithiophene)-based conjugated polymers with varying amounts of low molecular weight polystyrene (PS) side chains (Mn = 1300 g/mol) via random copolymerization were synthesized.
