Journal ArticleDOI

Fermi Level Dependent Spin Pumping from a Magnetic Insulator into a Topological Insulator

TL;DR: In this article, the Fermi level dependence of spin pumping in topological insulator/ferrimagnetic insulator bilayers was studied, and it was shown that the spin Hall conductivity is constant when the spin pumping level is tuned across the bulk band gap, consistent with a full bulk band calculation.
Journal ArticleDOI

Fermi level dependent spin pumping from a magnetic insulator into a topological insulator

TL;DR: In this article, the authors interpreted spin-to-charge conversion using bulk-surface correspondence in topological spintronics with Fermi energy as a function of topological insulator-ferromagnetic insulator devices.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Low complexity approach for controlling a robotic arm using the Emotiv EPOC headset

TL;DR: The results obtained indicate that the proposed approach is effective for detecting the eye-wink commands with a good rate of accuracy (over 93%) and allowed the development of a Head-Computer Interface that enables complete interaction with a robotic arm.

ZrTe2/CrTe2: an epitaxial van der Waals platform for spintronics

TL;DR: In this article, the authors used molecular beam epitaxy to synthesize a 2D van der Waals (vdW) topological semimetal/2D ferromagnet heterostructure.
