TL;DR: In this article , the authors examined the relationship between eating behavior and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) considering the mediation effect of anxiety, depression and sleep, and found that the earlier the healthcare workers eat in the night shift, the lighter the symptoms of PTSD.
