Journal ArticleDOI
Directly anchoring Fe3C nanoclusters and FeNx sites in ordered mesoporous nitrogen-doped graphitic carbons to boost electrocatalytic oxygen reduction
Zhi Chen,Gao Xingmin,Xiangru Wei,Xinxia Wang,Yanguang Li,Tao Wu,Jun Guo,Qinfen Gu,Winston Duo Wu,Xiao Dong Chen,Zhangxiong Wu,Dongyuan Zhao,Dongyuan Zhao +12 more
TL;DR: In this article, a solvent-free assembly approach was proposed to directly anchor both Fe3C nanoclucters and FeNx sites into nitrogen-doped ordered mesoporous graphitic carbon materials.
Journal ArticleDOI
A Molecular Foaming and Activation Strategy to Porous N-Doped Carbon Foams for Supercapacitors and CO2 Capture
TL;DR: The prepared HPNCFs possess 3D macropores, uniform micropores and mesopores, ultrahigh surface areas and high N contents and show high performances in supercapacitors and CO2 capture.
Journal ArticleDOI
Facile Synthesis of Mesoporous Anatase/Rutile/Hematite Triple Heterojunctions for Superior Heterogeneous Photo-Fenton Catalysis
TL;DR: In this article, mesoporous anatase/rutile/hematite (ARH) triple heterojunctions are synthesized via the facile spray-drying forced assembly approach.
Journal ArticleDOI
Conformal Coating of Co/N-Doped Carbon Layers into Mesoporous Silica for Highly Efficient Catalytic Dehydrogenation–Hydrogenation Tandem Reactions
Zhujun Zhang,Xiangru Wei,Yan Yao,Zhi Chen,Aijian Zhang,Wei Li,Winston Duo Wu,Zhangxiong Wu,Xiao Dong Chen,Dongyuan Zhao +9 more
TL;DR: The concept of coating uniform thin Co/N-doped carbon layers into the mesopore surfaces of mesoporous silica is proposed for heterogeneous aqueous catalysis, which exhibits excellent catalytic performance for tandem hydrogenation of nitrobenzene and dehydrogenation of NaBH4.
Journal ArticleDOI
Solid-state nanocasting synthesis of ordered mesoporous CoNx–carbon catalysts for highly efficient hydrogenation of nitro compounds
TL;DR: A facile solid-state nanocasting approach is developed for the controllable synthesis of CoNX-doped ordered mesoporous carbon materials (denoted as CoNx-OMCs), and it is revealed that the CoNNx sites, not the metallic Co nanoparticles, are the key active sites for the hydrogenation of NCs.
