In vitro and in vivo anticoagulant activity of heparin-like biomacromolecules and the mechanism analysis for heparin-mimicking activity.
Lang Ma,Jianbo Huang,Xiao-Xia Zhu,Bihui Zhu,Liyun Wang,Weifeng Zhao,Qiu Li,Bin Song,Changsheng Zhao,Feng Yan +9 more
TL;DR: With the excellent in vitro/in vivo anticoagulant activity, good biocompatibility, and low cost, the HepLBm synthesized in this work would have great potential for substitution of heparin in many application fields, such as the surface modification of biomedical devices, extracorporeal antICOagulants, and other clinical fields.
Journal ArticleDOI
Adeno-associated virus-mediated delivery of anti-miR-199a tough decoys attenuates cardiac hypertrophy by targeting PGC-1alpha
Hualin Yan,Hong Wang,Xiao-Xia Zhu,Jianbo Huang,Yifei Li,Kaiyu Zhou,Yimin Hua,Feng Yan,Da-Zhi Wang,Yan Luo +9 more
TL;DR: This study shows an efficient and useful method to treat mouse cardiac hypertrophy and restore cardiac function through injection of adeno-associated virus (AAV)-mediated anti-miR-199a tough decoys (TuDs) and the value of the AAV-mediated miRNA delivery system is highlighted.
Journal ArticleDOI
A new method for preparing a rat intracerebral hemorrhage model by combining focused ultrasound and microbubbles
Yao He,Jie Yang,Fengying Hu,Min Liao,Yuru Nie,Xiao-Xia Zhu,Tao Zhang,Keer Song,Qinxi Li,Xiao-Jiang Li,Chenghan Mei,Zhe Wu,Qiang Lu,Zhihui Zhong +13 more
TL;DR: In this article , a non-invasive, reproducible, and controllable rat model of intracerebral hemorrhage with focused ultrasound (FUS) was presented.
Journal ArticleDOI
Testicular torsion diagnosis and injury assessment using photoacoustic oxygenation imaging
TL;DR: In this article , the authors investigated the potential of PAI as an alternative method for TT diagnosis and testicular injury assessment, and measured sO2 levels in different degrees of TT models using PAI at various time points.
Journal ArticleDOI
Role of Surface Charge of Nanoscale Ultrasound Contrast Agents in Complement Activation and Phagocytosis
Jie Zhou,Hongjin Xiang,Jianbo Huang,Yi Zhong,Xiao-Xia Zhu,Jinshun Xu,Qiang Liu,Binyang Gao,Huan Zhang,Rui Yang,Yanxin Luo,Feng Yan +11 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the role of surface charge of nanoparticles in complement activation and phagocytosis was examined using ultrasound contrast agents (Nano-UCAs) and macrophages.
