TL;DR: In this article, the utility model adopts a dry coating method to replace a traditional wet electroplating method, and the quality on the surface of the coating layer and the physical chemical property are basically corresponding to the wet-electroplating aluminum alloy wheel hub, the dosage of chromium is about one fifth of original dosage, more precious nickel and copper are not used, the hexavalent chrome and other poisonous metal matters are not contained, the pollution to environment is reduced, the energy consumption was about one second to one third of the electricity consumption of the wet electro
