Abstract: The invention discloses a concrete pipe pile automatic production line. The concrete pipe pile automatic production line is characterized by comprising a feeding region, wherein a concrete agitator and a distribution car are arranged in the feeding region; a mould combination region is arranged behind the feeding region; a crane which can move pipe moulds to the mould combination region is arranged between the feeding region and the mould combination region; a tensioning region is arranged behind the mould combination region; a tensioning machine is arranged in the tensioning region; a centrifugal region is arranged behind the tensioning region; a centrifugal machine is arranged in the centrifugal region; a normal temperature steaming and maintaining region is arranged behind the centrifugal region; a steaming and maintaining pond is arranged in the normal temperature steaming and maintaining region; a mould demounting region is arranged behind the normal temperature steaming and maintaining region; a releasing machine for demounting upper nuts of the pipe moulds is arranged in the mould demounting region; a woven cage region is arranged behind the mould demounting region; upper mould conveying chains and lower mould conveying chains for conveying the pipe moulds are respectively arranged on one sides or centers of the mould demounting region, the normal temperature steaming and maintaining region, a centrifugal region and a mould combination region, the crane is arranged between the woven cage region and the mould demounting region, and a high pressure steaming and maintaining region is arranged behind the woven cage region.

Abstract: Disclosed is an automatic production line for U-shaped reinforced concrete water channels. The automatic production line comprises an ingredient stirring system, a vibrating shaping system, a program-controlled mortar transit system, a lift hoisting system, a program-controlled master-slave car transit system, a maintaining system, a lift descending system, a mould unlocking system, a stacking system, a mould cleaning system, a mould release agent spraying system and a mould combination locking system, wherein the vibrating shaping system is connected with one end of the ingredient stirring system, the program-controlled mortar transit system, the lift hoisting system, the program-controlled master-slave car transit system, the maintaining system, the lift descending system, the mould unlocking system, the stacking system, the mould cleaning system, the mould release agent spraying system and the mould combination locking system are arranged between the vibrating shaping system and the ingredient stirring system, the maintaining system is connected with one end of the program-controlled master-slave car transit system, the mould combination locking system is connected at the front end of the vibrating shaping system and connected with a reinforced net system, and every system is provided with an independent conveyer and controlled by a PLC (programmable logic controller) automatically. A circular assembly line production technology which includes realizing material distribution via mould core vibration, shaping via vibration of a vibrating table and maintenance via steam curing of a curing kiln is adopted, maintaining processes are performed in a multi-channel staged maintaining manner, and maintaining time, speeds of warming and cooling, heat preserving time, degree of a temperature and the like for every channel are controlled independently. The automatic production line is mechanical in the whole production process controlled automatically and is high in degree of automation.

Abstract: The invention belongs to the technical field of construction, and relates to a continuous cage weaving type tubular pile production line. The continuous cage weaving type tubular pile production line comprises a material distribution device, a die assembly device, a centrifugation device, a steam-curing device, a die disassembly device and a cage weaving device. The cage weaving device comprises a cage weaving machine and a steel bar end upsetting machine. A steel bar storage mechanism is arranged between the steel bar end upsetting machine and the cage weaving machine. One side of the steel bar storage mechanism is connected with the steel bar end upsetting machine, and the other side of the steel bar storage mechanism is connected with the cage weaving machine. The steel bar storage mechanism comprises steel bar storage racks. Steel bar storage rack chain assemblies capable of rotating around the steel bar storage racks in the circumferential direction are connected to the steel bar storage racks in a rotating manner. A plurality of steel bar brackets with opening parts are fixed to the steel bar storage rack chain assemblies. When the steel bar storage rack chain assemblies rotate, the steel bar brackets and the steel bar storage rack chain assemblies synchronously rotate. Steel bars coming out of the end upsetting machine can be automatically stored and conveyed to the cage weaving machine, and therefore the links of conveying and stacking the steel bars are omitted, and the work efficiency is further improved.

Abstract: The invention relates to a concrete continuous and uniform blanking device for pipe pile production, which comprises a bin. A discharge port positioned at the bottom of the bin is communicated with a steel die inlet; the top of the bin is communicated with a discharge port of a concrete mixer; a driving shaft and a driven shaft are arranged on the bin; a first transmission gear is arranged on the driving shaft; a second transmission gear is arranged on the driven shaft; the driving shaft transfers power to the driven shaft by the meshing of the first transmission gear and the second transmission gear; stirring blades are fixedly arranged on both the driving shaft and the driven shaft; when the driving shaft and the driven shaft rotate, the stirring blades can carry out secondary stirring on concrete discharged from the concrete mixer. The concrete continuous and uniform blanking device implements secondary stirring on the concrete jetted from the mixer above the concrete continuous and uniform blanking device, has a buffering effect on a blanking speed, and controls a discharging speed by controlling the rotating speed of the blades in the bin.
