Abstract: The invention provides an electric driving landing gear loading device, which relates to the technical field of structural design of a testing apparatus for ground simulation test of an aircraft hydraulic system and which is used for loading a landing gear in the ground simulation test of the aircraft hydraulic system. A force bearing pin shaft is mounted on the landing gear; and two electric cylinders are mounted on the two sides of the force bearing pin shaft. In the retracting and extending process of the landing gear, the electric cylinders generate displacements with the moving of the landing gear and feed back the displacements to a loading controller; the controller drive the electric cylinders according to pre-designed load; and a pull-pressure sensor detects a force value and feeds back the force value to the loading controller. The electric driving landing gear loading device provided by the invention is advantaged in that the building of a ground oil source is avoided, the testing cost is reduced and the control accuracy of the electric driving loading device is superior to that of the loading in other forms.

Abstract: The invention discloses a testing system and testing method for push and pull force of an electric cylinder based on component bearing, and the main technical problem solved is that it is difficult tomeasure the push and pull force of a high-power electric cylinder in the prior art. A testing system for push and pull force of an electric cylinder based on component bearing provided by the invention includes a landing gear, a component testing device, and an electric cylinder, wherein a pusher earring of the electric cylinder is connected to the component testing device, the component testingdevice is connected to one end connection of the landing gear, one end of the landing gear is pushed and pulled by the electric cylinder, and the pushing and pulling force of the electric cylinder ismeasured by the component testing device. The technical solution that a driver of the electric cylinder and the component testing device are both connected to a measurement and control computer solvesthe problem well and can be used for testing push and pull force of the electric cylinder.
