Journal ArticleDOI
The correlation of lymphocyte subsets, natural killer cell, and Parkinson's disease: a meta-analysis.
TL;DR: Meta-analysis showed that the decreased numbers of CD3+, CD4+ lymphocytes subsets and the increased number of natural killer cell were found in Parkinson’s disease patients, and the lymphocyte subset and NK cell may be associated with the risk of Parkinson's disease.
Journal ArticleDOI
Cell Ratio Differences in Peripheral Blood between Early- and Late-Onset Parkinson’s Disease: A Case-Control Study
Sen Jiang,Wang Yuling,Wang Yuling,Hua Gao,Hua Gao,Qin Luo,Dan Wang,Yanxia Li,Yuxuan Yong,Xinling Yang +9 more
TL;DR: Lymphocyte-red blood cell ratio (LRR) was lower in LOPD compared with that in EOPD or L-Control and has potential diagnostic value.
Journal ArticleDOI
Ucf-101 protects in vivo and in vitro models of PD against 6-hydroxydopamine toxicity by alleviating endoplasmic reticulum stress via the Wnt/β-catenin pathway
Yanxia Li,Zhaoyang Liu,Dan Wang,Hua Gao,Zhengquan Zhu,Yuling Wang,Qin Luo,Sen Jiang,Ji Zhang,Xinling Yang +9 more
TL;DR: Ucf-101 activated the Wnt/β-catenin pathway and significantly attenuated 6-OHDA-induced neurotoxicity, which was related to the inhibition of ERS and the reduction of the apoptosis rate of PC12 cells and DA neurons in the midbrain of PD rats.
Journal ArticleDOI
Genome-Scale Expression Pattern of Long Non-Coding RNAs in Chinese Uyghur Patients with Parkinson's Disease
TL;DR: The expression of lncRNAs in peripheral blood differed significantly in PD patients and controls, showing that mRNAs encoding proteins involved in the regulation of biological processes were differentially expressed, with the inflammatory immune response being the most significantly related pathway.
Journal ArticleDOI
ATP13A2 Gene Variants in Patients with Parkinson's Disease in Xinjiang.
TL;DR: ATP13A2 rs2076603 SNV is associated with PD susceptibility, and the A allele is a PD protective factor in the Han population.
