Surface optimization to eliminate hysteresis for record efficiency planar perovskite solar cells
Dong Yang,Xin Zhou,Ruixia Yang,Zhou Yang,Wei Yu,Xiuli Wang,Can Li,Shengzhong Liu,Shengzhong Liu,Robert P. H. Chang +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors reported a drastically improved solar cell efficiency via surface optimization of the TiO2 ETL using a special ionic-liquid (IL) that shows high optical transparency and superior electron mobility.
Journal ArticleDOI
Photocatalytic Overall Water Splitting Promoted by an α–β phase Junction on Ga2O3†
Xiang Wang,Qian Xu,Mingrun Li,Shuai Shen,Xiuli Wang,Yaochuan Wang,Zhaochi Feng,Jingying Shi,Hongxian Han,Can Li +9 more
TL;DR: A tuneable α-β surface phase junction on Ga(2)O(3) can significantly improve photocatalytic overall water splitting into H( 2) and O(2), mainly attributed to the efficient charge separation and transfer across the α- β phase junction.
Journal ArticleDOI

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors demonstrate cesium cation (Cs+) doped 2D (BA)2(MA)3Pb4I13 perovskite solar cells giving a power conversion efficiency (PCE) as high as 13.7%.
Journal ArticleDOI
Photoluminescence Characteristics of TiO2 and Their Relationship to the Photoassisted Reaction of Water/Methanol Mixture
TL;DR: In this article, the photoluminescence characteristics of TiO2 and the relationship between them and the photoassisted reaction of water/methanol mixture were investigated, and it is suggested that the excited electrons trapped in the oxygen vacancies of anatase are facilely transferred to Pt to contribute to the photo assisted reaction.
