Abstract: The invention discloses a moving object detection method based on entropy. Firstly, data of scene graphs are read in, graying processing is carried out on the data, then monitor areas of a scene are marked, difference operation is carried out on every two adjacent frames of gray level images of each monitor area, an optimal threshold of division of the images is determined based on the entropy of the difference operation result, then morphological filter is carried out on the divided images, connected areas are detected, and the detected connected areas are marked; finally, the area of each connected area is calculated, the connected area with the largest area is marked as a moving object, and the moving object is output. Multiple image processing basic methods are applied comprehensively, the technologies in the current computer vision and mode identification fields are introduced into the intelligent monitor field of transmission lines, moving detection of large machines in the transmission line scene is achieved through the related vision information in the transmission line scene, and therefore influence on the transmission line by external force damage is prevented.

Abstract: The invention provides a transmission line travelling wave recording method and belongs to the technical field of electricity according to the classification of international patent classification (IPC) table. The problems that when the current waveform monitoring method based on threshold triggering is used for monitoring high-resistance ground, a travelling signal cannot be monitored due to being relatively weak, and after triggering threshold of travelling wave monitoring is purely reduced, uploaded data amount is large, error triggering waveforms are excessive in number, a fault waveform is difficultly identified and selected, and meanwhile the service life of a monitoring terminal is shortened, the data transmission cost is increased, and the fault diagnosis difficulty is increased are solved. Power-frequency fault monitoring and travelling wave fault monitoring are combined, fault moment information is accurately extracted according to waveform information in a power-frequency fault, and travelling wave current at the fault moment is accurately extracted, so that fault real-time wave recording of fault components is realized, and the identifying precision of the waveform is improved. The monitoring method is simple and small in waveform error triggering number, and has the characteristic of real-time online ability.

The solar panel mounting bracket comprises a main bracket, solar panel brackets, left and right fixing members, wherein the left and right fixing members respectively comprises a main bracket connecting end and an angle steel tower connecting end; both ends of the main bracket are respectively connected with the main bracket connecting ends of the left and right fixing members in a detachable manner; the angle steel tower connecting ends of the left and right fixing members are fixed on the same side of the angle steel tower in a detachable manner; the solar panel brackets comprise bases and solar panel mounting frames which are fixedly connected, and an included angle between the solar panel mounting frames and the plane in which the bases are positioned ranges from 0 to 90 degrees; and the bases are detachably fixed on the main bracket, and the solar panel mounting frames are provided with more than one first mounting hole for mounting solar panels. The on-tower and off-tower installation of the solar panel mounting bracket are convenient and fast; and the solar panel mounting bracket can mount the solar panels on the angle steel tower stably and reliably without changing the angle steel tower of the power transmission line, so as to provide a stable power supply for remote monitoring equipment.

The target pose measurement method comprises the step of determining object image sequences shot by cameras of two stations, object models and a simulated imaging space and further comprises the steps that the steps N1 to N7 are cyclically executed till the poses of objects in all images in the object image sequences are determined: N1, object contour lines in the two-station images of current frames in the object image sequences are extracted; N2, barycentric coordinates of the objects in the two-station images of the current frames are calculated; N3, the positions of the object models in the simulated imaging space are determined; N4, the simulated images of the object models in the simulated imaging space are obtained, and the simulated contour lines of the simulated images are extracted; N5, the simulated contour lines are matched with the corresponding object contour lines; N6, the current poses of the objects are determined; N7, whether the current frames are the last frames in the object image sequences or not is judged, and if not, the next frames are used as the current frames, and the step N1 is executed. The accuracy of object pose measurement is improved.

Abstract: The invention discloses a regional water body drawing method based on a Landsat OLI remote sensing image. The regional water body drawing method comprises the following steps: 1) constructing a universal water body index model; 2) automatically selecting an optimal water body index threshold value; 3) extracting regional water body; 4) verifying a water body extraction result; and 5) performing regional water body drawing. The method is based on an existing water body index model, and a regional water body extraction index model suitable for a Landsat OLI remote sensing image is developed. After a model wave band is adopted for operation, water body and non-water body type value domains can be effectively separated, wherein the water body shows a relatively concentrated value domain range,an image entropy algorithm is adopted to overcome the reflectivity heterogeneity of the land-saving object caused by space-time difference, and the algorithm automatically selects the optimal water body to extract the threshold value, so that the uncertainty and subjectivity of manually determining the threshold value are reduced, and the drawing precision and efficiency of the water body are improved.

Abstract: The invention discloses a traveling wave fault time extraction algorithm with relatively high traveling wave positioning precision. According to the algorithm, two paths of traveling wave voltage signals and two paths of current signals are collected at the same position of a power transmission line and at the same moment, and a GPS time signal of a period of time before and after the time of collecting the traveling wave signal is acquired; according to the algorithm, a voltage sampling signal and a current sampling signal comprehensive comparison algorithm are adopted, so that the reliability of the traveling wave fault signal sampling is greatly improved; in addition, the algorithm of circulating trigger collection and removal of a useless signal is adopted, thereby avoiding missing ofsignal collection, and saving the storage space and the communication bandwidth; a grading time extraction method is carried out on the real traveling wave fault signals obtained through judgment, andaccurate time data are extracted step by step, so that the precision of the time of occurrence of the finally obtained traveling wave fault signal is higher, and the precision is in the level of 20ns, and is far higher than that of the existing 50nm precision, the positioning precision can be improved to 150-200m, and the positioning requirements of a complex distribution network can be met. Thealgorithm is suitable for popularization and application in the field of on-line monitoring.
