Xin Xu,Jinzhi He,Jing Xue,Yan Wang,Kun Li,Keke Zhang,Qiang Guo,Liu Xianghong,Yuan Zhou,Lei Cheng,Mingyun Li,Yuqing Li,Yan Li,Wenyuan Shi,Xuedong Zhou +14 more
TL;DR: It is observed that the oral cavity is a highly heterogeneous ecological system containing distinct niches with significantly different microbial communities, and the phylogenetic microbial structure varies with ageing.
Journal ArticleDOI
Interventions for accelerating orthodontic tooth movement: a systematic review.
TL;DR: Current evidence does not reveal whether electrical current and pulsed electromagnetic fields are effective in accelerating orthodontic tooth movement, and dentoalveolar or periodontal distraction is promising in accelerating Orthodontics tooth movement but lacks convincing evidence.
Journal ArticleDOI
Maternal Smoking and Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder in Offspring: A Meta-analysis.
TL;DR: Evidence is provided for an association between maternal smoking during pregnancy and offspring ADHD but this does not solve the causality issues concerning potential confounding by other risk factors.
Journal ArticleDOI
Vitrification versus slow freezing for human ovarian tissue cryopreservation: a systematic review and meta-anlaysis
TL;DR: It is suggested that vitrification may be more effective than slow freezing for cryopreservation of ovarian tissue, with less primordial follicular DNA strand breaks and better preservation of stromal cells, which should lead to improved ovarian function after transplantation.
Journal ArticleDOI
Coronectomy vs. Total Removal for Third Molar Extraction A Systematic Review
TL;DR: Coronectomy appears superior to total removal for reducing inferior alveolar nerve damage and could be used in clinical practice for third molar extractions with high risk of nerve injury.
