Abstract: The invention provides an aquaculture water quality total nitrogen content detection method based on a spectrum technique. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring original spectrum data, wherein the original spectrum data comprises water quality spectrum data of each water quality sample and a real total nitrogen content value of each water quality sample, and the water quality spectrum data of each water quality sample represents the absorbancy of each water quality sample within a preset wavelength range; by using an uninformative variable elimination method and a continuous projection algorithm, screening the original spectrum data so as to obtain spectrum characteristic data; by using a least squares support vector machine, modeling the spectrum characteristic data so as toobtain a detection model, and by using a detection model, acquiring a total nitrogen content detection value of a water quality sample to be detected. The invention provides the aquaculture water quality total nitrogen content detection method based on the spectrum technique, a sample does not need pretreatment, chemical reagents are not needed, and the method is a rapid, low-cost and nondestructive analysis green detection technique and has advancement and environmental-friendliness when being compared with a conventional method.

Abstract: The invention provides a crab meat freshness rapid detection device and detection method, the method is as follows: first, preprocessing spectral data according to acquired spectral information of crab meat to be detected; then using a reverse partial least squares method to obtain the characteristic spectral interval of the crab meat crab meat to be detected, using a genetic algorithm to obtain the characteristic wavelength of the crab meat crab meat to be detected, and obtaining the absorbance characteristic factor matrix of the crab meat to be detected according to the characteristic wavelength of the crab meat to be detected; and finally inputting the absorbance characteristic factor matrix of the crab meat to be tested into a preset freshness detection model, outputting the concentration characteristic factor matrix of the crab meat to be detected, and determining the freshness of the crab meat to be detected according to the concentration characteristic factor matrix of the crabmeat to be detected. Through selecting of an optimal band, a freshness detection model is more accurately constructed, and the detection efficiency and the detection result accuracy are improved.

Abstract: The invention relates to the technical field of greenhouse equipment, and especially relates to a control system for a greenhouse roller shutter device, and a control method. The control system for a greenhouse roller shutter device comprises: roller shutters of the roller shutter device arranged on a shed surface of a greenhouse, an environment factor obtaining device, and a control platform. The roller shutters can spread downward from the top of the shed surface, or roll upward from the bottom of the shed surface. A driving mechanism is connected with the roller shutters. The top and the bottom of the shed surface are respectively provided with a limiting contact breaking switch. The environment factor obtaining device is arranged in the greenhouse, and is used to obtain environment factor data in the greenhouse. The control platform is used to analyze the environment factor data in the greenhouse, the environment factor data being obtained by the environment factor obtaining device, and control the driving mechanism to drive the roller shutters to spread or roll up according to an analysis result. The control system for a greenhouse roller shutter device and the control method can automatically control spreading and roll-up processes of the roller shutters, and can obtain environment factor data in the greenhouse, so as to effectively improve monitoring intensity on the environment factors in the greenhouse.

Abstract: The present invention provides a scab segmentation method in a crop disease blade image. The method comprises the following steps: obtaining a color image including crop disease blades from an image collection device, performing normalization processing, converting the color image to a CIEL*a*b* color space, setting the initial classification number as 2, employing the adaptive feature learning method to learn the scab in the image and the values of the initial classification color features R, G and B of the background blades, calculating the distance from each pixel point to a classification center, and performing data classification; and calculating the distance between a* mean values, and stopping the segmentation if the distance of the a* value obtains the maximum result. The method overcomes the problems that different crops and different scab segmentation results are unstable in the prior art, improves the segmentation precision and the adaptation of the scab segmentation algorithm, can be applied to the mobile terminal such as a smart phone and the like, is suitable for field operation, and widen the application range.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a local three-dimensional maximum inter-class variance segmentation method of a three-dimensional CT image, and belongs to the field of image segmentation, in order tosolve difficult segmentation and mis-segmentation problems caused by a non-uniform gray phenomenon of a CT image. The method mainly comprises the following steps: (1) initializing the size of the statistics calculation window, the weight template and the size of the three-dimensional local space, and carrying out continuation processing on the original image; (2) using the one-dimensional maximuminter-class variance segmentation algorithm and the edge tracking algorithm to extract the target contour of each layer of the image, and then using the morphological dilation method to obtain the marker image of the edge transition region; and (3) according to the pixel gray level, the weighted average of the neighborhood, and the weighted median of the neighborhood, calculating the three-dimensional histogram of each three-dimensional local space, and constructing a lookup table by using a recursive method to obtain the optimal segmentation threshold. Compared with the prior art, the methodprovided by the present invention has advantages that a three-dimensional CT image with uneven grayscale can be segmented and the time complexity is O(L3).

Abstract: The embodiment of the invention provides a temperature change-based fish freshness detection method and device, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the storage temperature, storage time andvolatile gas of a fish, and extracting the gas principal component value of the volatile gas; and inputting the storage temperature, the storage time and the gas principal component value into a pre-trained freshness prediction model to obtain the freshness grade of the fish body. By determining a corruption index of a known related clear limit standard and sensory evaluation on fish, the rottingtrend and shelf life are determined; the change of volatile gas components or contents is measured in the corresponding rotting process through an electronic nose instrument; and main components are extracted by using a main component analysis method, and finally, each storage temperature, storage time and corresponding volatile gas main component values and decay index contents are applied to a radial basis function neural network to establish a freshness prediction model so as to achieve the purpose of rapidly and nondestructively detecting the freshness of the fish body.

According to the intelligent production method and system for crop field operation of the invention, an acquisition module is adopted to acquire the actual environmental data, actual crop data, actual fertilization data and actual equipment data of the crop field operation; the actual environmental data, the actual crop data and the actual fertilization data are integrated into target crop protection data; a neural network calculation method is adopted to obtain target operation data on the basis of the target crop protection data and the actual equipment data; a server compares the target operation data with the actual equipment data, and the neural network calculation method is adopted to obtain actual operation data; the server transmits the actual operation data to unit operation modules through a CAN bus, so that the unit operation modules can perform actual operation; and therefore, large-signal quantity crop field operation which is complex to calculate, has many operation types and is difficult in result monitoring can be effectively processed. The intelligent production method and system have the advantages of high intelligence degree and easiness in monitoring.
