Organic Thin-Film Memory

Yang Yang, +2 more
- 01 Nov 2004 -
TL;DR: In this paper, an organic electrical bistable device (OBD) is described, which consists of a tri-layer of organics/metal nanoclusters/organics sandwiched between top and bottom electrodes.
Journal ArticleDOI

Lead-Free Small-Bandgap Cs2CuSbCl6 Double Perovskite Nanocrystals.

TL;DR: A new, small-bandgap Cs2CuSbCl6 DP nanocrystals (NCs) with a bandgap of 1.66 eV, which is the smallest bandgap in reported lead-free three-dimensional DP NCs, show that these NCs will have great potential to be used as a light absorbing material for photovoltaic applications.
Journal ArticleDOI

Long-term in vivo biodistribution and toxicity of Gd(OH)3 nanorods

TL;DR: Gd(OH)(3) nanorods, which are considered as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) contrast agents, have been synthesized to evaluate their excretion process and potential toxicity and histological, hematological and biochemical analysis indicated that these nanorod have no overt toxicity.
Journal ArticleDOI

One-step preparation of fluorographene: a highly efficient, low-cost, and large-scale approach of exfoliating fluorographite.

TL;DR: An easy-operating, highly scalable, and low-cost approach was reported for the preparation of fluorographene using commercially available fluorographite as the starting material, and it was found that the specific discharge capacity of the battery usingfluorographene was improved remarkably compared to that using fluorographsite.
Journal ArticleDOI

Achieving ordered and stable binary metal perovskite via strain engineering

TL;DR: In this article, the lattice strain during an appropriate lattice constriction within BX6 octahedron was released to obtain an unprecedented efficiency of 20.06% under simulated sunlight with facilitating binary metal perovskite of CH3NH3(Zn:Pb)I3-xClx.
