Journal ArticleDOI

T-cell adhesion induced by proteoglycan-immobilized cytokine MIP-1 beta.

TL;DR: It is proposed that MIP-1β and other cytokines with glycosaminoglycan-binding sites will bind to and be presented by endothelial proteoglycans to trigger adhesion selectively not only of lymphocyte subsets, but also of other cell types.
Journal ArticleDOI

Lymphocyte interactions with endothelial cells.

TL;DR: The molecules that mediate lymphocyte-endothelial cell adhesion are identified, the underlying principles of lymphocyte migration are described, and a model of the sequence of events that allow a lymphocyte to successfully attach to endothelium and migrate into the surrounding tissue is discussed.
Journal ArticleDOI

Trial of Anifrolumab in Active Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

TL;DR: Anifrolumab, a human monoclonal antibody to type I interferon receptor subunit 1 investigated for the treatment of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), did not have a significant effect as discussed by the authors.
