Site symmetry approach to phase transitions in perovskite-related ferroelectric compounds
TL;DR: In this paper, a site symmetry analysis of a series of Aurivillius compounds was carried out and the authors showed that the symmetry of the rigid unit modes of the metal-oxygen octahedra in the bulk phonon spectra of these compounds can be used to identify the phase transitions from the tetragonal to intermediate phases.
