Journal ArticleDOI

Doping on demand in 2D devices

TL;DR: In this article, high-resolution doping patterns can be reversibly written in van der Waals heterostructures using a combination of an electron beam and a back-gate voltage.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Effect of IR-Drop on Path Delay Testing Using Statistical Analysis

TL;DR: Experimental results show that such a process can effectively take the small delays caused by IR-drop into consideration and can have a significant impact on the identification and analysis of critical paths.
Journal ArticleDOI

Tunning Intermolecular Interaction of Peptide-Conjugated AIEgen in Nano-Confined Space for Quantitative Detection of Tumor Marker Secreted from Cells.

TL;DR: In this article, a two-step-based MP/NPs-SLIPS sensing system is designed for the detection of the tumor marker matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2).
Journal ArticleDOI

Improving Keyhole Stability by External Magnetic Field in Full Penetration Laser Welding

TL;DR: In this article, an external magnetic field was used to improve the keyhole stability in full penetration laser welding 316L steel, which increased the width of the weld zone and the height of the bottom weld zone from 381μm (0 mT) to 605m (50 mT).
Journal ArticleDOI

NS 1619 activates Ca2+-activated K+ currents in rat vas deferens

TL;DR: The present results indicate that NS 1619 activates charybdotoxin-sensitive Ca2+-activated K+ channels and probably inhibits Ca2+, which might account largely for the observed mechanical inhibition induced by NS 1519 in the epididymal half of isolated rat vas deferens.
