Abstract: The invention discloses an online analysis method and system of slag pieces. The method comprises the following steps: continuously photographing slag pieces on a moving slag discharging belt to obtain slag piece images; acquiring a transmission speed of the slag discharging belt and slag piece quality in real time; scanning the slag pieces on the moving slag discharging belt by pre-set frequency in real time, so as to obtain outline data of the slag pieces; analyzing the obtained slag piece images to obtain lumpiness distribution data of the obtained slag pieces and carrying out combined analysis on the transmission speed and the slag piece quality to obtain mass flow data of the slag pieces; carrying out combined analysis on the transmission speed and the outline data of the slag pieces to obtain volume flow data of the slag pieces. According to the online analysis method and system, the images of the slag pieces on the slag discharging belt, the mass flow data and the volume flow data are acquired in real time, so that continuous sampling of the slag pieces can be realized and online real-time analysis on properties of the slag pieces can be carried out; powerful guarantees are provided for optimized construction of a TBM (Tunnel Boring Machine).

Abstract: The invention discloses an image detection method of a tunnel crack and an apparatus thereof. The method comprises the following steps of carrying out bilateral filtering processing on an image to be detected of the tunnel crack and acquiring a filtered image; using a visual significance model to construct a brightness saliency map of the filtered image and a texture saliency map of the filtered image respectively; fusing the brightness saliency map and the texture saliency map and acquiring a fusion saliency map; through an adaptive threshold algorithm, segmenting the fusion saliency map and acquiring a crack area image; and when a crack in the crack area image is determined to be the real crack, acquiring a crack parameter of the crack area image. According to the image detection method, the crack with a poor continuity and a low contrast ratio can be effectively detected.

Abstract: An excavated earth volume measuring and early-warning system of a shield machine comprises a weight sensor, a speed sensor, an infrared area scanning sensor, a controller, a touch screen and a belt. The weight sensor is mounted under a fixed bearing surface of the belt, a support for mounting the infrared area scanning sensor is mounted on the belt, and the infrared area scanning sensor is positioned above the belt; and the weight sensor, the speed sensor, the infrared area scanning sensor and the touch screen are connected with the controller via cables, and the controller and the touch screen are installed in a control chamber. Thus, the weight, volume and density of excavated earth can be calculated accurately in a construction site to improve excavation efficiency and safety of equipment, the system is simple in structure, easy to maintain, low in cost and capable of early warning, the working efficiency and safety of the shield machine are improved greatly, and the system is applied to the technical field of shield machine engineering.

Abstract: The invention provides a full-face tunnel boring machine slag detection device, so as to solve the problem that the existing slag detection device can not well recognize the contour of a slag piece. The full-face tunnel boring machine slag detection device comprises a cross truss, an industrial camera, a three-dimensional scanner, an electric linear guide rail and a fastening frame, wherein the side part of the cross truss is fixed with the industrial camera; the end part of the cross truss is provided with a linear light source matched with the industrial camera; the bottom part of the crosstruss is fixed with a pan-tilt; the three-dimensional scanner is arranged on the pan-tilt; the electric linear guide rail which can move along an X axis, a Y axis and a Z axis is fixed at the upper part of the cross truss; and a control box is arranged on the electric linear guide rail. The detection mode of combining the industrial camera and the three-dimensional scanner is adopted to increase the slag information acquisition dimensions, and X, Y and Z-direction movement and rotation in horizontal and vertical faces can be carried out; with the rotation speed of a belt conveyor as a reference, multi-angle tracking scanning in a specific area can be realized through planning movement control; and the device can be applied to slag detection for the TBM, a shield machine or a pipe jacking machine and the like.

Abstract: The invention provides a device and method for identifying accumulated slags at the bottom of a tunnel by employing a hard rock-tunnel boring machine. The device comprises a group of guide rails, a group of rotating mechanisms, a pair of industrial cameras and a 2D laser radar, wherein the group of guide rails are arranged at the bottom of a main girder of the hard rock-tunnel boring machine; thegroup of rotating mechanisms are fixed on corresponding sliding blocks of the guide rails through adaptor brackets; the pair of industrial cameras forms a binocular visual system and is arranged on corresponding rotating mechanisms through T-shaped plates; and the 2D laser radar is fixed on the corresponding sliding blocks of the guide rails. The binocular visual system and the laser radar of thedevice can achieve movement in the tunnel excavation direction through the guide rails to obtain image information and point cloud information of the accumulated slags at the bottom of the tunnel, andpostprocessing, such as fusion is carried out on the image information and the point cloud information to achieve identification of the accumulated slags at the bottom of the tunnel.

Abstract: The invention provides a slag slice image segmentation method based on a laser three-dimensional camera. The method comprises the following steps: a feature extraction unit of the slag slice spatial information is composed of a plurality of scanning lines generated by the laser three-dimensional camera; the properties of slag slices are judged comprehensively by comprehensive height gradient, height mean and height gradient mean, and the binary image of slag slices is established according to the properties of slag slices. The binary images of slag slices are eroded and dilated respectively, and the non-slag slice regions are filtered based on the morphological characteristics of slag slices. The morphological features between the filtered connected domains are obtained, the blocked slag slices are filtered, and the segmented images of the unblocked surface slag slices are obtained. As that slag slice distribution spatial information obtain by the laser three-dimensional camera can avoid the influence of the uneven illumination on the image segmentation result, the slag slice image segmentation is realize by judging the slag slice shielding area based on the spatial height information, the slag slices shielded are eliminated, and the surface slag slices segmentation and the statistical accuracy of feature extraction are improved.
