J/ψ transverse momentum distribution in high energy nuclear collisions
TL;DR: In this article, the transverse momentum dependence of J / ψ production in heavy ion collisions is investigated in a transport model with both initial production and continuous regeneration of charmonia, which results in a p t suppression in central collisions, the gluon multi-scattering in the initial stage leads to a high p t enhancement, and the regeneration populates J/ ψ s at low p t region and induces a minimum in R AA ( p t ).

TL;DR: In this article, the authors investigated the production of heavy ion collisions at RHIC energy and showed that the excited b b ¯ states are characterized by the competition between the cold and hot nuclear matter effects and sensitive to the dissociation temperatures determined by the heavy quark potential.

TL;DR: In this paper, the J / ψ elliptic flow in high energy nuclear collisions is calculated in a transport model and the flow is very small at SPS and RHIC energies, it is strongly enhanced at LHC energy due to the dominance of the regeneration mechanism.
