Method and apparatus for suspending screen sharing during confidential data entry

Abstract: A method, transmitting device, and computer-readable storage medium are provided for sharing image data between a source device and at least one receiving device. In one implementation, a method is provided for periodically sending image data of a shared screen to the at least one receiving device using a sharing connection. The method also receives a request associated with activating a user interface component involving confidential information, suspends updating of the image data responsive to the received request, and periodically sends suspended image data to the at least one receiving device while updating is suspended.

Display device and method for controlling the same

Abstract: A display device and a method for controlling the same are disclosed in which a threshold range for generating a panorama image is indicated in accordance with a bending angle of a bending portion provided between a first area of a body provided with a first camera and a second area of a body provided with a second camera, whereby the panorama image may be generated using the first camera and the second camera.

Abstract: Described herein are various technologies pertaining an extensible, cloud-based service for creating and executing applications (e.g., business or industry-specific workflows). A user knowledgeable about a particular field can utilize a client-hosted design studio or a web-based portal to create an application ("app") (e.g., data transform) relevant to the particular field. The system thus enables users to build mobile applications across platforms without having to write computer code to communicate with backend services such as data sources and/or workflow management systems.

Method and apparatus for supporting communication in electronic device

Abstract: An electronic device and a method are provided. The electronic device includes a communication module, a touch screen display, a processor electrically connected with the communication module and the touch screen display, and a memory electrically connected with the processor. The memory is configured to stores an application program configured to transmit and receive data to/from an external electronic device using the communication module, and instructions to enable the processor to display a user interface of the application program in the touch screen display when the application program is executed. The user interface includes a first area that displays at least one of an image and text that is associated with a user who is related to the external electronic device, and a second area that displays data that is shared with the external electronic device, and the first area overlaps at least a part of the second area.

Switching between views using natural gestures

Abstract: The disclosure includes a system and method for switching between video views and data views. The system includes a controller, a view presentation module, a screen detection module and a view switching module. The controller receives data indicating a participant joined a multi-user communication session. The view presentation module presents a video stream on a mobile device associated with the participant. The screen detection module determines an occurrence of a detection trigger event. The controller receives a video frame image responsive to the occurrence of the detection trigger event. The screen detection module detects a data screen in the video frame image. The view switching module switches a view on the mobile device from video view to data view responsive to a natural gesture performed by the participant. The view presentation module presents a data stream associated with the data screen on the mobile device.

Abstract: In a general aspect, a system can include a leader device. The leader device can include an interface configured to display a plurality of preview images, each preview image corresponding with respective virtual reality (VR) content. The leader device also include a selection device configured to select a preview image of the plurality of preview images and a leader application configured to control presentation of the respective VR content associated with the selected preview image. The system can further include a plurality of participant devices that are operationally coupled with the leader device. Each participant device of the plurality of participant devices can be configured to, responsive to the leader device, display at least one image included in the respective VR content corresponding with the selected preview image.
