Abstract: A formacao de professores e estrategica nos processos de mudancas educacionais e, mais fortemente, quando elas se referem as praticas pedagogicas nas escolas. Entre 2009 a 2017, iniciativas governamentais objetivaram instituir uma politica nacional de formacao de profissionais do magisterio da educacao basica e, com a aprovacao da BNCC em 2017, foi estabelecida a articulacao entre dois pilares – curriculo e formacao – como condicao necessaria ao desenvolvimento de uma educacao de qualidade. Neste artigo, analisamos as orientacoes governamentais para a implementacao da BNCC, procurando evidenciar a acao de redes empresariais que se constituiram, nos ultimos tres anos, nos principais interlocutores do governo e destacar as estrategias empresariais de formacao continuada dirigidas, em particular, para profissionais da educacao infantil.

Abstract: The text inspires a discussion about policies for assessment and regulation of educational quality, prioritizing external evaluations as a mechanism for quality regulation in Brazilian basic education. Taking into consideration the persons against whom they are applied, it aims to analyze the elements and processes of the profile currently undertaken by external evaluations in elementary education and early childhood education. Through a critical perspective and based on document review and on investigations’ results on quality indicators and also based on assessment, responsibility and accountability policies in school education, it stresses the tensions and contradictions of the models already implemented or yet-to-be implemented in these two stages. Without losing sight of the applying party, it points out discrepancies in conditions for learning improvement when analyzing ongoing quality regulation models in basic education.

Abstract: Between April and October 2020, in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, the National Education Council produced a set of guidelines aimed at regulating non-classroom teaching activities in Basic Education. We try to study and analyze these indications, in particular those dedicated to Early Childhood Education, using content analysis techniques. As a result of this study, we infer: a) BNCC has been the main device used by the Council to regulate teaching work and non-classroom teaching activities; b) Early Childhood Education is treated with a view to preparing for future school trajectories; c) the dialogue with organizations and business networks was privileged, to the detriment of associations or representative bodies of teachers and researchers. Acting slowly and in tune with business interests, the CNE collaborates to deepen the ongoing privatization of public education.

Abstract: O processo de autoavaliacao de cursos de educacao superior, quando garante clareza dos aspectos avaliados e continua reflexao, propicia o reconhecimento das especificidades e necessidades desses cursos, e a indicacao de possiveis aprimoramentos. O objetivo deste artigo e apresentar um sistema de autoavaliacao de cursos de licenciaturas ofertados na modalidade de educacao a distância, construido a partir de uma experiencia desenvolvida no Nucleo de Avaliacao do Laboratorio de Novas Tecnologias - UFSC. O sistema de autoavaliacao e composto por um conjunto de categorias de analises agrupadas pelos criterios de particularidade e especificidade crescentes, com o objetivo de facilitar a coleta de dados sobre a realidade com lentes cada vez mais proximas da acao educativa. As categorias de analise sao dimensoes, subdimensoes, elementos de analise e indicadores. As dimensoes do sistema, que orientam as demais categorias, sao: Corpo Social, Infraestrutura, Pedagogica e Resultados. O sistema proposto e flexivel, no sentido de que seus componentes podem ser adaptados de acordo com a configuracao do curso de licenciatura EaD a ser avaliado e com as especificidades da realidade educacional implicada neste processo.

Abstract: O objetivo do estudo e submeter a validacao de conteudo dez Indicadores de Qualidade do Cuidado de Enfermagem na Prevencao de Eventos Adversos. Participaram nove experts, que responderam a tres formularios. Os resultados apontaram a validade dos indicadores, porem com reformulacoes. Resultaram do processo doze indicadores: Identificacao do leito do paciente; Identificacao de risco para queda do leito; Identificacao de acessos venosos perifericos; Verificacao de lesoes cutâneas pos infiltrativas; Identificacao de equipos para infusao venosa; Identificacao de frascos de soro e controle da velocidade de infusao; Identificacao de sondas gastricas; Fixacao da sonda vesical de demora e posicionamento da bolsa coletora de diurese; Checagem dos procedimentos na prescricao de enfermagem; Controle de sinais vitais; Checagem dos procedimentos de enfermagem na prescricao medica e Elaboracao da prescricao diaria e completa pelo enfermeiro. A partir dos resultados acredita-se no procedimento de validacao de conteudo como imprescindivel para o desenvolvimento de medidas avaliativas.

Abstract: This article presents the articulations of the Movimento Pela Base in conducting the process of building the Base Nacional Comum Curricular throughout the Brazilian territory. In a political and economic context influenced by the managerial discourse of reducing the role of the State, the Brazilian business sector has become a central figure in most of the policy recommendations for the educational field, as a result of an international growth trend in the third sector on actions public. The analysis of scientific productions about BNCC, considering books, articles, thesis and dissertations, in addition to documents made available on electronic media, allowed us to demonstrate the capillarity of the movement, the involvement of the subjects and public and private institutions, and their intentions to educate for the new capitalist sociability, based on the need to form consensus around the idea of a collective social project of public policy.

Abstract: Neste artigo da-se atencao ao curriculo de educacao integral no contexto delineado, a partir dos estudos de Stephen Ball, como neoliberalismo roll-out, o qual tem como caracteristica principal a governanca em redes, reconfigurando a gestao publico-privada para alem dos limites do Estado-nacao. Nesse contexto, a oferta de educacao integral decorre, principalmente, de parcerias publico-privadas alavancando sobremaneira o terceiro setor no Brasil, particularmente a partir de 2006 e do movimento Compromisso Todos pela Educacao. Toma-se como referencia empirica os seguintes programas: i) Mais Educacao (PME), sustentado com recursos publicos, trabalho voluntario (licenciandos e quaisquer pessoas da comunidade) e filantropia empresarial; ii) programa Escola Cidada Integral (Paraiba), cuja gestao e assessorada pelo Instituto Corresponsabilidade pela Educacao (ICE), pautada na Tecnologia de Gestao de Pessoas (TGP); no protagonismo estudantil; no planejamento estrategico; e na avaliacao rigida. Na Paraiba os programas sao recentes e os resultados nao mensuraveis. Em Pernambuco, onde o ICE atua desde 2004 o indice de Desenvolvimento da Educacao (IDEB) elevou-se da 22a posicao para a 1a em 2017. As principais criticas sao de estarem pautadas pela logica de funcionamento do mercado, forte controle/regulacao dos profissionais, dos processos e dos estudantes e de nao politizacao dos sujeitos. Todavia, as escolas e seus sujeitos nao sao meros reprodutores, per si , do que a elite empresarial e politica determina que eles sejam, mas microespacos e sujeitos que ressignificam/repolitizam os curriculos, tornando os efeitos e resultados pouco previsiveis.
